    Man ab workouts are my least favorite I fail to complete them every time they burn so bad it's a real struggle 😢 but leg shoulders chest and butt I'm on it‼️💯 please help me with my abs😩

      i suggest you try doing this workout first, but if you cant handle it you can always do easier ab workouts and work your way up! you got this
