My family used to help pack the Thanksgiving baskets but the 'vid changed how that's doner there so we haven't since '19.
From August 2021 to January 2022, I had handed out collectible foreign coins, used books, stationery, calendars & diaries, almost new jockey caps, new & nice used clothes, nice used leather wallets & handbags, new & nice used backpacks, used DVDs andmusic compact discs, computer components & cables, new & nice used children's toys, nice used spectacles & sunglasses, canned food, drinking cups and glasses, usable kitchen utensils, and used workshop tools to several needy adults and children. I did not donate any cash.

I recently saw free food being given out at a local food bank. I seemed to notice 2 things. The first that everyone walking into the place was an able-bodied male. And the few vehicles that pulled up had custom wheels and/or exhausts.

Owner Operators are the main ones who screwed up the industry by working yourself out of a job or into a low paying situation. Iâve seen so many Owner Operators speeding. Working off the clock and bypassing scales because youâre too heavy are ways to take someone elseâs work. Truck Drivers are too greedy and blame everyone else but themselves. Truck Drivers are the ones who allowed greedy companies to take advantage of them and allowed the industry to get like this.
Rules create more demand. Breaking rules like, speeding, overweight and overrunning your time clock is basically âwatering downâ the work.

Well, to be fair, used cars can be money pits that require expensive repairs. Replacing a transmission, etc., is not cheap. At least with a new car, you have a warranty for a couple of years or the first hundred thousand miles.
