I agree, it pretty much ruined the video for me, hopefully I'm wrong but I almost feel sad for them, I've been that kid

If it's David's turn to open a gift and it isn't for him shouldn't he either be allowed to complete the opening and the girls wait or let him actually open something else? Just wondering. It's really great that so many people send gifts but since the majority of gifts are to the girls would it be helpful to place packages in piles of girls/ boys/home etc. It just seems unfair that the boys get things taken away from them by girls before they get to finish their "turn" at opening
What are some things the Boys would like and what sizes do they wear?
I also would like to see more gifts for the boys. If you don’t mind sharing what they might want .
Its sad to see that the boys don't get anything, everything is for the girls. I know that the boys feel sad and left out. God Bless Them..
Sarah is just so sweet and helpful. It looks like she tries to be helpful to everyone in the family. Such a joy to see an older child being so sweet to all of her siblings.

I would like to encourage the viewers to purchase items for the boys. I can't help but notice how much more the girls are getting. Not that it's a bad thing... I just feel like the boys look left out a little.
I love this family and their videos. Don't get me wrong. It just makes me sad knowing how many families in my community are truly in need of basic things. I just wish people would reach out to needy families in their communities to gift to people that have less than others. Sorry for the negativity....
How many of their unboxing videos have you actually watched? You can’t make an accurate assessment off of just this one. 😊
@@jenniferhicks6507I wish people would watch all of their previous videos before coming to a negative conclusion. How do you know that these givers don’t reach out to needy people in addition this family? And this family certainly reaches out to needy people in their own community.
I never meant for this comment to be taken negative. I come from a large family and only want the kids to be happy. I made an observation. I have watched most all of the unboxing videos to my knowledge. Yes it's fun and easier to find items for the girls but... as a mother of two 'now grown' boys...I watch the boy's expression and can't help but feel the need of some focus for them also. We had 8 girls and 4 boys in our family and my parents always tried hard to stay focused on equality of love . attention . and our daily needs. I feel this sweet family has the same values and does a great job at this also...it is a difficult task. I was only trying to send a small message for the happiness of not only the boys but...for the family. Because as you can all see...When one hurts in this home...they all hurt...True love.
As the mom of three boys (well, men now) I think there has always been there is so much more cute clothing for girls! I love seeing the girls happiness but I agree the boys need just as much attention! Maybe some things for their new digs in the summer kitchen? mine always needed socks, tshirts and pajamas. They all got basic tools and their own tool boxes when they were young teenagers.
As the mom of three girls and sister to three brothers, I also know that the girls are a whole lot more appreciative of cute clothing than the boys are. Boys like to look good, but they aren’t nearly as picky about what that entails as the girls are. Of course there are exceptions, but as a general rule unless it’s a particular brand of work clothes/shoes or hunting clothes/shoes, boys just wear whatever mom puts in the closet. And once in while whatever they’re big sister tells them to wear. 😂 And there have been some fantastic gifts for the boys previously in addition to an awesome telescope in the previous video.
The boys got plenty of things. Clothes not so much because as some have said they don’t care that much about clothes

I’m sorry I had a very hard time watching this video with the 3 younger girls taking over opening up the packages when it wasn’t their turn. It’s very sad seeing the boys sitting there and not receiving anything.
You need to go back and watch all of their unboxing videos and not base an opinion on just one.

I have no children in my house anymore, but the Princess Bride is still the most quoted movie in our house. A true family favorite for all ages. You are so blessed with all the lovely gifts. You will need to be gifted larger closets to store them all! Love the children's excitement. Bless you all!

I feel bad for boys.They sit thru the girls getting such great things.They sometimes look a little sad that they get next to nothing.I was do relieved when the telescope was unboxed.No wonder they were so excited.A few hints on what the boys like and they could get packages too.
Maybe some knot tie books and par cord, boy legos kits, sling shot, balls
The boys have received lots of things! It just varies every time. If you will go back and watch all of their unboxing videos you will see how it all equals out.

It seems the guys are kinda looking a little left out, but I remember when I was just a young child, and it always seemed that us girls got more gifts then the boys lol! Another great video. I love unboxing videos, they’re my favorite, then the grocery hauls and of course everything else yall share. If Sara feels comfortable in doing so we would love to see a little fashion show with all her beautiful dresses. Thank you!

Janice, don’t listen to the people with negative opinions. I am a 77 year old Neena .. What I and many others saw was a grateful family enjoying wonderful things they received!! When the parent originally opens the package why don’t they read the papers then and write the name of the person who the gift is intended for on the front of the package. It might be more fun to open ones just for them. I realize not everyone tells who it is for but some do. Just a thought 😊
Shawn opens them to make sure no hate mail has been sent, they had some very mean words and stuff done to them early on, so this is a precaution, at least to my understanding
@@suzanneford1571 I understand why he opens the parcels my suggestion is that when he does he check inside for a name and then he writes it on,the outside of the packages o the person who it is for open it.
@@sharonmckinnon8160These children actually enjoy opening gifts intended for their siblings as well as themselves. Not a selfish bone in any of them. It’s a beautiful thing to watch.
Hi Sam and Janice.
I just wanted to address something that seems to bother a few people on here and it is a bit annoying.
Maybe make all 3 little girls allow the ones opening the gifts, to finish opening them before they swoop in and take it from them.
I love watching the opening of gifts and especially the ones that I sent, but the girls ruin it for me.
They grab the package from the boys hands as soon as they see pink or something shiny.
It was really fun and exciting seeing them excited....but it's really not anymore.
I understand that you can't fix a problem, if you don't know it exists.
If I was the only one this affected, I would keep quiet, but it seems it's becoming a problem for a few others as well.

People r so critical of even little girls opening the gifts and wrapping gifts away from boys. They r just excited and they know the boys wouldn't be interested in glittery things. I had 1 girl and 2 boys and boys always let their sister be in charge and still r today and they r now 52, 47 and 44. Girl in middle. You r raising your children well and don't ever forget that. These complainers r just jealous. Girls r always more excited over things. Love all of u
The problem is they are only children and not used to having such amazing gifts.like janice has mentioned before they don't celebrate Christmas and they only receive a small gift from mumma and daddy on their birthdays and even that could well be a pass down or from a thifte store because of their frugal way. Maybe the older 4 are used to it now but the younger one's aren't. But I would love to see Sam David and Andrew receive some more great gifts like macarno lego airfix models ,word search books mens toiletrie sets things just for them .........I also really hope we get to see all the girls dressed up in their lovely outfits including Sarah when they next go to town church or to gatherings ❤

It is the giver’s prerogative to give whatever to whomever they wish. Some are directed specifically for birthdays, some are directed specifically because of a known special interest, etc.

Ozark family your such great family to watch and thank you for great videos you do also I love that how your family appreciates each gift or package or letter I know one very large family that they received gifts and just rip them open but not once do you hear them say thank you and they take trips and vacation and have lavish big trips on CZcams and the mom went one Christmas bought all the kids I pads and iPhones and never did you hear one of them say thank you to the mom or anyone just want more but anyway thank you and have a wonderful day Ozark family .

On gifts for kids- I have always found it so easy to buy little girl and little boy gifts. And fairly easy to buy teen girls gifts. But teen boys? Whew! I never know. I tend to do gift cards as a result. 🤷🏻♀️

I love to give it's my love language but being on a very limited income and my husband fighting cancer for the 6th time just won't let me. We are struggling very hard just to get raised beds built because of limited mobility since we are both disabled. Thanks for sharing.

Hello Everyone i am enjoying your opening the gifts videos as well as saveing money every week going shoping i love your family thank you i have to watch your videos when i can i often see that your gift opening is at night hours thats when i am sleeping or i will sleep at day time. I have to sleep when i can my hours are all messed up right now. Resting is one thing i am not doing right now.

If that was the case, we wouldn't see much of them unfortunately.
I’ve never seen the boys look uncomfortable.
I love stationary and love back to school with all the pretty pens and get good deals with all the sales! I love notebooks and pretty cards! It’s one of the reasons I work at a Hallmark store they have so many pretty things!! I have to be good and limit my spending so I’m not using my paycheck just to buy all the pretty’s!! I know what you mean the napkins are almost too pretty to use!!

I love how grateful and excited your children are. Rebecca picks smaller packages and doesn't immediately go for the bigger ones. That says a lot about how they are raised and how appreciative they all are. Enjoyed this so much.

I know everyone is excited . But everyone is so grabby when someone is opening . Especially Sarah . Rebbeca can’t help it . She does what she sees .

I don't think Sarah is grabby in the slightest she does help her siblings if they get stuck and also reads out the notes inclosed, Rebecca is very young so will copy abigail and Anna im afraid. However i do love the looks on their little faces when something is opened that isn't for them 😂😂They never used to be like that not sure why they seemed to have changed maybe they have had so many wonderful gifts they expect them now even though they appreciate them .Just re-watched the video and good for David putting his knee in that gift to stop the girls grabbing it while he was reading the note .....well done David 👏👏👏

A very fun unboxing!!! Rebecca is a three year old who gets very excited. She will learn with time to sit still, let her be a child and jump around and be excited!
