Finest hour no longer gives your main damage carry 10+ shots, you’re pretty much capped at 5, but that is still quite good. The group buffs are still great. So while it’s not super op anymore, it’s still one of the best ways to get the most out of your main damage dealer(s).

sadly they nerfed the finest hour upgrade
They sure did, into the ground. It did break the game though.
