How much this plant cost? What volume of pyrolysis oil it produces per day?
To the poster: Cool video. To anyone else asking tons of questions: there’s no engineer sitting online answering to your questions so just shut up and watch or move on.
Very interesting process ✌️
So you burn gas or gasoline to convert plastic in oil and fuel instead producing new plastic or chemicals for plastic regeneration.
1) Some kind of plastics generate dioxine: how do you eliminate it?
2) By pyrolysis (or cracking) you obtain alkenes, not alkanes needed for fuel; so to get alkanes you must use hydrogen and catalyst in a secondary reactor.
3) The crude product needs fractional distillation purifiering the alkenes, separated for molecular mass.
4) Where do you put the residual tar?
5) How many is the energetic balance between consumed energy and the final product?
6) Which kind of plastic do use? Also halogenated polymers?
Good questions
@@fatema8eee that will never be answered but im sure we know the answer to half of them.
Which is safer? To recycle the plastics or release them in the environment?
@@Greenergy254 It's safer to recycle the plastics, not to convert them in fuel. Their color can be amines like aniline, or heterocyclic amines: the pyrolysis can produce more dangerous and reactive molecules, and cyanide (expecially from ammides) and nitrous oxide. What do you prefer?
Where do you dispose the carbon ashes? And how about the exhuast gas from burning, where does it goes? Or how do you confine it?
It's added in making blocks for building
Carbon powder has many uses. My surprise is how clean the plastic looks. The gases are collected and distilled into gas. This gas is methane. Everything else turns to liquid a kind of “crude” gasoline/diesel mix
What do you do with the pyrolysis products? Do you sell them as is, and for what?
Its diesel, yes, they sell the diesel, they use it for trucks, cars, electric generators, etc.
What maximum temperature did the reactor reach?
Follow request order.. If fuel is requested more than the carbon ash temperature should be around 680cels to 729 Celsius
How much is the total price of the plant
How can I contact you? Your Facebook links are not working.
Hello. I perform small lab scale plastic pyrolysis too and that oil is full of waxes. That will be very stressful and hard to refine.
Is that only with Plastic or is it the same story with pyrolysis oil made from tyres/Rubber?
@@MuhibbullahArshad i made just plasti pyrolysis
Did you try to low the temperature to form a wax mass (also if you add some water the compounds with greater density go down the inorganic layer) or to distill in reduced atmosphere?
@@phantomzone2571 Plastic pyrolysis need a catalyst to break down hydrocarbon chain into smaller to get as much liquid fraction as possible.
@@zodd0001 I understand. However you mentioned wax. Do you mean heavy esters or heavy alkanes (paraffins)?
Also you need hydrogen to get smaller linear chain or you obtain non linear chain and alkenes.
You can separate different alkanes with sulfuric acid (this compounds have different solubility in it), or low the temperature near 0°C after adding water: at this temperature some compounds go down the water layer.
Do you have one for automobile tires?
IT takes lots more volume+ energy+ a bigger Shredder.
: is IT to make bulk blocks ?
Massing how much it costs
I am in interested to buy one plant
यह फायदेमंद है? एनर्जी, गैस प्रदुषण का क्या?
why are the dials and controls in Chinese?
because they are all Chinese
Very old technology
I have requirement polymer plastic can I get contact number
