I’ve been eyeing Pólene so I really enjoyed watching your video. I am now in my 30s and realized my style has changed. I love simple “if you know, you know” brands and handbags now. Maybe it also has to do with the pandemic and being a mom now, I just don’t feel comfortable wearing bags with loud branding. Also, the price increases are absurd. It is getting difficult to justify when quality isn’t there and contemporary brands are delivering with quality, design, customer service experience, etc.
I was on vacation in Paris last week. I went to Polene. I got number Neuf and number dix. The sales associate told me they are opening their first store in the U.S. in New York soon.
I am on my third Polene bag and I seriously can’t get enough they are quality, class, and edge! They’re bags I will always use because of its classic look. Love it for the value! 🙌🏼
I bought my Polene purse because of YOU! I ❤️ it! The material exceed my expectations! I’ve used it for months as my daily bag and looks new! Had it since Xmas 2020 - I think!
I have had my black numero onze (beri) for the better part of a year and I adore it. I've worn it quite a bit and see no signs of wear and tear. I was worried it would be too small, but I took a chance, and it holds everything I need with room to spare. One of my friends is going to Paris next week, and I'm trying to persuade her to go to the boutique and bring me back a gray numero un mini straight from the "mothership".
So glad I found you on CZcams, I am tired of CZcamsr who are always buying, then selling to buy Hermes. I will never willingly spend 10-15k for a bag. In the past I have spent $1-1,600 for a Gucci, LV or Burberry. But, prices have gone up so much so that my price points is no longer feasible. 😔
I love the polene brand but can’t decide on the first bag to get!!! Ahhh love that first white one though! I love love love white bags and I just feel like that is so classy and modern

I browsed youtube a lot, and honestly, I can't believe I'm the only one who had a bad experience with my num 7. It broke in less than a year. I had to repair it myself 2 times and ended up complaining about the brand itself. Even though they've fixed it, + no apology whatsoever was given, I don't trust the brand anymore. It's sad because I love their designs but if I have to repair a 350 EUR bag 3 times in less than a year...
I recently ordered the “9” mini and I can’t figure out how to put the strap on the bag. The quality is just okay, but doesn’t match the quality of Coach even with a similar price point. I paid 420.00 + shipping and I will be returning it. The bag I purchased was not worth the price. The influencers are getting these bags for free, so they love the price 😊 I would love it too for free, but 420.00 was too much.
Sergio, I am more interested in that Gucci Boston bag. I’ve been eyeing the Jackie hobo and the Ophidia crossbody! Do you love the Boston shape? Did it come with a crossbody strap? Do a video on that one please!

Now that I’m a big girl in my mid 30’s and can afford a luxury bag, was it really worth it? I passed on it and got a polene purse instead. What are your thoughts with the brand? Rerunning bag to Polene is a hell and nightmare! They will try to delaying refunding your money for month, they use cheapest and charge you premium rate, then your parcel will be stuck at customs clearance for ages and that why you won’t get your money back. Think carefully before buying anything from them. Will avoid at all cost to dealing with them again
