- My name is Kendal Johnson, I’m a married 26 year old dad/farmer. I farm with my grandpa (papaw), dad, siblings, uncles, and several cousins. Our operation is called Stahl Farms, a family farm in Southwest Ohio. We farm corn and soybeans with lots of red equipment. My goal is to show a little bit of everything. The good, bad, the fun and the boring days.

Your Dad sure seems to stay pretty calm when shit goes south!
I admire your dad’s patience. Guy seems top notch all the way around. Things can only get better for you…….. I hope
My dad is the best of the best always extremely patient
The Lord provides remarkable people and equipment to repair that important machinery. You do a great representation for the power given to those who believe in The Almighty. God Bless You and your Family
That hitch should never brake on a planter, I’m a fan of Case planters . But build them heavy enough to do the job.
Good luck planting your 2024 crops
Pretty amazing they were able to fix the planter in the field. Mechanics are some of the smartest and under appreciated people on the planet. Also was amazed at your skill to drive that rig down a golf cart path lol Stay Safe and think twice when u are tired working long hours.
If you guys keep it up you are going to own that wrecker.
Best of luck with the weather and a bountiful harvest.
Your right we weren't able to last fall. Paying for it now, Central Indiana is very wet. Need to spray!!! Have a safe spring. Good luck with the planter.
The joys of farming
Ivers had the same think on their bean planter
5 planters on 60ft and a 40 ft with it, a few acres a day could be planted
You should try those DB planters we use the DB 120s and 90s,always and I mean always till your ground that no till is a no go on this farm have a great day
Great video Kendal
Saw you beginning to plant by the old church in white oak Station yesterday.
Case really needs to update their planters I’ve seen a lot of them break in the same place. And for the price of them you shouldn’t half to be welding on them
Please keep ‘em coming and stay safe
I don’t know if you’ve ever told or not and then you may not what anyone to know . I have to ask though, how many acres of row crop do y’all farm. I love all the Red equipment. I was raised on it !
Dude yall eat Greatly......
time to get a new harvestes international planter from stormlake iowa notill setup with precision equipment real heavy duty planter.
Those big Case planters are not looking good! Reese Ivers get ready!
Case need to think a bit more when it comes to structural building.
Were running the new Kinze 5000 series and the hitch design on that is way more stronger than the Case planters.
Good job on the fix..👍
What year is this planter are the new ones better from factory?
2020 or so
Engineering sometimes just plain fails !
My brother when he was farming had a saying if it has tits or tires you are bound to have problems with it
Is your ground mostly flat?
Yeah for the most part
Nice big fields make for good running. I’m jealous.
@@richardbrown3956 we have a lot of small patches too
You’re in southwest Ohio, right? I’ve been between Dayton & Cincinnati.
@@richardbrown3956 yeah pretty much right where we are
Glad all are eating well; however, I really am not interested.
Good to know you watched that much of the video
All your issues are because you leave your flashers run all the time,,,,just my guess
