To me it sounds like a mixture between Ratatat and Tame Impala.
That one section for sure has Ratatat vibes. That first Ratatat record is special. They weren't very good live though. They would have needed like 14 guitar players to pull it off right.

I totally agree. While I couldn’t go deep into microcosm, this stuff it did, especially the looper, I didn’t need to read the manual. It just works. Ux masterpiece. 😊

Holy crap. Every single thing about this is tasteful. I can see how much effort was put in, from the visuals to the compositions to the instrument and outfit choices, not to mention the incredible sonics and visual aesthetic of the pedal itself! I think they’re demoing it in that way because it has mass appeal. A “Tame Impala” pedal makes me not want to buy it though. I say that as a big fan of Kevin Parker. But who wants to have a pedal that makes you sound like a band that already exists

That was an INSTANT buy! Wow. I am as blown away by this as I was when I first saw the Microcosm. I love when a brand has consistency and sticks to its values. Thanks for reminding us that this is not just possible but essential.
This is the first Hologram pedal I've seen that's truly an instant buy. The gesture recording and looper put it over the edge for me along with the stereo routing and useful stacking of effects
I've never heard such awesome music in a demo video for anything gear. I know I don't have the talent, but it makes me crave the pedal bad. It sounds so goood! Congrats for the launch :D

I hope every multi FX box from now on allows musicians to be this creative and flexible, it looks like it is so much fun to play and create sounds and you can build your whole tone around it. Great video too, dynamic, explain things well, straight to the point.
I’m sure we know another company with these kinds of effects. But, this literally bridges many known small modulation pedals and breaks the sophisticated interface. Hats off to you guys!

Great style and excellent music. this pedal seems very well thought out. just from the demo I feel like I understand how it works, which is saying something when there are so many pedals out there that require so much menu diving and are not very intuitive. I just ordered mine!

Wow. I wish more pedal manufacturers would take a page from Hologram on UX. This is how you make it easy and intuitive to control a complex pedal without menu diving. I also hope more videos come out soon on this soon (Mark Johnson). Can't wait to see a more in depth demonstration of the delay and reverb side, especially used alongside the texture stuff in an ambient capacity. The Microcosm I think, surprised all with how great the reverb was on its own.

Oh my god... I have badly wanted and subsequently bought a lot of pedals. But I'm not sure I've been craving a pedal more in my entire life. This thing is absolutely wild. I have been dreaming of pedals having a feature to loop your knob changes for years and years. So you can create your own modulation. But apart from external LFOs and expression pedals it's never been done to my knowledge, at least not with you still doing the thing. And this thing has it. It's incredible how cleverly designed this is. The only other pedal that even remotely comes to mind is Zoia from Empress, but that one needs a degree in low level programming to make sense of. This is both intuitive and powerful. I'm so impressed. Now it's only the question of which one to get first. Microcosm or Chroma.

For the past couple of years I’ve been wondering and anticipating what your team would come up with next. The Microcosm Is by far my favorite pedal; you guys and Chase Bliss are the most inventive pedal companies in the golden age of pedals.
Even though I was on an island in the Caribbean, with spotty Internet, I bought this as soon as I got your email, without even listening to this demo video. Knew it would be great.
Also appreciate that you guys don’t seem to be gauging at all in terms of price- for the sounds, features, and UX, the price point seems quite reasonable.
