You know UFC fighters sign a contract IN ADVANCE for so many fights at a certain pay so they should HONOUR the deal they agreed to & walked out happy with after. They talk about how they WANT to compete & get these big opportunity fights so they should do that and THEN negotiate when the contracts are due to be renewed, THAT'S when you negotiate your worth. I want the fighters to get more and I like that but you at least should HONOUR the deal you agreed to in the first place, then negotiate this for more money, not after you've already made an agreement.

Also not sure if you saw last night's event but a guy called Brandon Royval made his debut on the early prelims and won the fight but he was unhappy cause he had to go to work today but guess what, Dana give him an extra 50k which he didn't have to do. People need to stop shitting on Dana for fighters pay, the fighters and Dana are the ones who need to negotiate this and work it out and yes, I agree and am all down for fighters being paid more money, specially after what they do in the octagon they literally put it all on the line but there's a time and place to negotiate and a lot of them are just trying it on. Jones could have been stripped of the title but he wasn't, he's made a ton of money but now is demanding stupid amounts more after whatever agreements he already has signed, UFC have stuck by him too through a lot, so many fighters sign to the UFC for years on end and you never hear a word from them complaining about pay (think of anyone who's been in the UFC years), I think a lot of it is just publicity type of stuff lol

Did you miss the fact that Usman is the one who will not sign a bout agreement? Masvidal got a title shot and has fought since then because he does not want to just wait for Usman. Usman is not fighting but Masvidal is fighting a second time because Usman is taking so long to agree to a fight... Why would you believe Usman when none of the facts match his story? I have not seen Usman say those things on camera where we could tell if he was lying or not. Masvidal is straight telling the truth, obviously, and his story fits with the facts...
