I can empathize, I've been struggling with sleep issues due to self induced anxiety attacks thanks to my over active mind, especially during midnight hours. I'm working on quelling those thought, but I can understand because there have been many nights when I was expected to endure a difficult day ahead of me and I knew going through the panic that this sleepless night will cost me some sanity the following morning. It's funny how we can make things worse, we are all human, after all. Anyways, after a few nights of experiencing those sleepless nights it can really begin to mess with you. Eventually you either find a way to cope and wind down, or the sleepless nights from mental/physical exhaustion catch up to you and put you to sleep.

Masvidal will never beat usman or Covington while we’re at it even if he had the best camp of his life, unless he puts them away early he’s just not good enough to keep their pressure away for 5 rounds, he’s a very good grappler don’t get me wrong but usman and Colby are arguably two of the best mma wrestlers in the ufc right now
