If the city brings in a 1" , do I need to upgrade to a 1" to my meter?
The meter in NYC should be the same size as your tap connection or pipe. This may vary for a sprinkler system

We appreciate the feedback. We did publish an article including all details, formulas, total fixtures, linear footage, charts etc and we received feedback that it was too much information. We would be more than happy to schedule a call and discuss in more detail if you would like!
A one inch PVC line will do for roughly 90% of houses.....but PVC needs to shielded from any sunlight....you should change to copper before exiting the ground.
