I wounder if people that own the yard have a inventory of all of the equipment in the yard ? Do they sell off parts for needed parts ‘ when I was young I loved to go to state island for parts for my M G B car also my brothers Trimpht spitfire seems every weekend we got to know the owner on a first name bases !
There is about a 20 acre Trac down the road from me filled with heavy equipment. All of it is on the massive side. Went to talk to the owner turns out he is an Arab owns most of the stores and now hotels around here plus car lots. He told me he can't ship them to the middle east fast enough and he would NOT sale one piece for local use. I'm in se TX Louisiana has major auctions for heavy equipment and so much of the used equipment is being bought up never to be used here again.
Damn.... Wish I knew where that place was..... I'd go there and load up a machine every night and sell it at the steel scrap yard the next day and have a bank roll in no time...........
I watch these videos and I can't help but wonder what sort of life and history these machines had before they ended up here.
