Yes Manoj, roadside food has a finer taste as well as aroma. Even in 1975 my relatives used to say that the Chowpatty Beach as well as Juhu Beach side BHEL puri stalls ( in Mumbai) give better tasting and smelling stuff than big hotels. The gobi Manchurian sold in a cart at 8 pm on Azad Road in RS Puram tasted superb served hot. To avoid the used plates not being cleaned well, we used to carry a vessel from Vadavalli, and transfer the hot snack directly from the pan into our vessel.This cart was named AGRA PANIPOORI STALL those days.

Just now poi family oda dinner mudichutu varen,serious ah vera level la irunchu,especially idli panju maari,kaara chutney,pudhina chutney elamey gettiya super ah irunchu,suda suda kuduthanga,also dosai items were served hot.Sevai,chapathi everything was awesome! Highly recommended!

Your coverage of unique places ,food, mess and restaurant is very good. One suggestion: you might want to check one or two recipes in case they are able to provide for some chutney’s. Here for example brinjal and Kara chutneys. That way it is not only tempted but we can try our own
