Nice short video. Mam, if Mars is in 1st house but debilitated then is it good because it owns first house or bad because it is debilitated.
Mars is debilated (neech) in karka - so if it is karka lagna and mars in lagna then it is debilitated - Karka is Moon's own sign - so Mars does not "Own" this house either by sign or as karaka (mangal is karaka of 3H and 6H and directional strength in 10H). Planet may be neech but there is neech bhang due to different reasons. See videos on this channel for neech bhang.
