I'm glad you found a crush that makes it easier on you.😊
However, I noticed that you had to hold the left hoof during the entire trim. There was no support to keep the hoof steady so you can use both hands. This has me wondering if the cow liked having her hoof jerk up and down during the trim. Also, her legs kick and move so much that cow and/or trimmer may be injured.

I guess we don’t get the 12 days of Christmas. I really like that last year. I hope everything‘s OK. Why would you trade the KVK for an Appleton steel? Good luck with it. If you need some help with it, give the hoof GP a call he had one of them a couple years ago. I hope your week goes well.
You're going to miss the paddles under the hooves in this different crush. Now you have to hold the hoof steady with your other hand....

When (how long ago) was this cow checked for her hooves ? (!) This stuff doesn't grow overnight !

These poor cows. Clearly standing around in manure all day.
I follow 2 more channels of hoof trimming, and what strikes me is that you always have the worst feet to work on. The other channels show problems, but they're never this severe. And you get a lot of them too. How come? Your trims are always the most gruesome ones because of how bad the hoof is. Is it because you visit farms that don't do routine trimming? Or why is that?
I am having a very serious problem watching you do this to this animal. You are way way to ROUGH !! PLEASE EASE UP ON THEM
