CHARLIE CHAN (YELLOW CAB)

Bringing the excitement of Yellow Cab's legendary pasta straight to your kitchen! This Charlie Chan-inspired spaghetti is sure to satisfy your cravings for salty, spicy, and umami flavors!
INGREDIENTS:
250-300 grams of chicken breast or thigh fillet
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
250 grams spaghetti, uncooked
8 cups water
1 Tablespoon salt
3-4 tablespoons vegetable oil
½ cup raw peanuts
1 medium onion
3 tablespoon garlic
½ cup shiitake mushrooms
SAUCE
½ - 1 teaspoon chili flakes, adjust to preference
¼ cup oyster sauce
¼ cup Char Siu sauce
2 Tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar, optional
Green onions, cut into 2-inch lengths
