I’m on antibiotics, meaNwhile after opening beer I realized it. But I just have heard that we shouldn’t drink while on antibiotics so to make confirmation I’m here to survey. After all these survey it’s not that worst to drink a beer while on Amoxicillin, so I decided to NOT DRINK. I cAnt take chance.

My dentist told me that my tooth became enflamed because I drank while on antibiotics. But the thing is I told him “I think I drank, i can’t remember.” It was several months prior to my appointment.. I’m unsure to why he assumed that I drank. I want to research this.
Antibiotics don't work on a cold 🤧
If you have a cold, you shouldn't be on antibiotics. Just take some painkillers and fever reducers, your body will do the rest.

It's funny that almost all medicine are made with composition of alcohol but u can't take medicine with alcohol
great point. But, you CAN drink and take antibiotics. I had this explained to me by a physician in Italy years ago, they deal with it much more than other cultures.

Prednisone should be ok with alcohol, I’ve been taking 60mg for a year and I drink regularly with no problem

PREDNESONE IS NOT AN ANTIBIOTIC. Prednisone is a glucocorticoid medication mostly used to suppress the immune system

Antibiotics giving you lose stools means you aren’t absorbing. Alcohol giving you lose stools also, or disrupted sleep causing lose stools etc

No its true, alcohol really isn't effective when you're on antibiotics, I have an infection that didn't go away after 1 week of being on amoxicilan, not once but twice, one was an sad the other was a tooth infection

@santanapage5044 I had a couple of drinks wine and beer) per nitgh this weekend, and the infection seems to be going away. Let's see. I get more anxious if I don't drink and in the case it apparently doesn't interfere
