Há alguns anos era correio azul. Esse era o mais rápido. Depois mudaram para verde porque é ecológico, feito com matérias reciclados, etc. :)

De nada. :) In this case, you don't need "os" because you are not talking about specific envelopes, just asking if you can buy "some". If you are speaking about specific envelopes, you can use "os".
