My mom and dad bought this on their honeymoon the year I was born…… I didn’t go to Disney until I was 16. I would stare and stare and stare at the pictures and listen over and over when I was a little girl. I’ve been looking for the LP for years and I just had the urge to search again this morning.. they are so pricy and I promise to treat myself one day!! Then I found your upload!! Thank you for sharing!! I am dancing and singing with tears in my eyes… missing my parents! Thank you so much!!

I own the 1988/91 version (considered by many to be the holy grail of all the Official Albums), though it is on cassette. Played it a lot. In the 20+ years since I have learned more about the various releases and even different lengths of certain tracks depending on release. Really enjoyed finding this!

Born in 79 and this as well as the Epcot album are the LPs from my childhood, and although I’ve been to Disney World countless times since, this unlocks so many core memories. Thank you for this.

Visited first time from New Zealand in 1981 with my family. This is an amazing soundtrack. I went back in 2006. I'm a die hard Disney fan.

I just found this one at my local Goodwill a couple weeks ago and my Uncle is transferring it to a cd.
This album introduced me to Maple Leaf Rag and Foggy Mountain Breakdown.
This Album was First Released in 1980 (40 Years Ago).

The sounds of my childhood... Grandma would take us every other summer, and then Mum bought this very record for me...twice, because I wore out the grooves on the first one 😆

has anyone else noticed differences in lengths between the Cassette version & LP version? I also noticed somes songs on the CBJ track were swapped outr depending if it was the Cassette Or LP. MSEP track is also longer on LP, and slightly outdated, Briny Deerp was now "Pinocchio Underwater & Neon Finale was now "To Honor America"
I have noticed there are some songs in here that I didn’t have on my cassette tape.

I have audio tapes of the attractions and rides of both Disney World and Disneyland Does anyone have the knowledge to transfer from a cassette tape to a cd?please let me know
Shouldn't be too hard if you know how to splice track by track.
Amazon (and probably lots of other places) sell 'cassette converter to pc' devices quite cheaply, which convert to MP3 files so you could then burn to CD.
Does anyone know the name to the Steel Drum song? I fist heard it on this record back in the 80's and never found it ever again. Good luck trying to explain the tune to someone.
It’s called “Adventureland Delight”, but is referred to as “Steel Drum Band - PP 99” on this release. It is a recording of the Walt Disney World Adventureland Steel Band off the Adventureland Steel Band album released in 1975. This track also appears on the 1973 picture disc “A Musical Souvenir Of Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom” in a longer version.
The actual title of the song is P.P. 99 by Lord Kitchener This is a very abbreviated version.
