I like that there is rolling for initiative. I wonder if that shouldn't be introduced in the larger global games as well, just to keep them fresh.

Its s lot of fun. Huge map, fun game dynamics with logistics, weather, rivers, cities. Even optional rules for Commanders- which we arent using this time but look like fun.
