I have one question about this remote play thing does you ps5 or pa4 have to be on all the time to play or is it like x cloud. I ask because I haven’t used remote play on my backbone yet because I’m lazy to setup my account with it.
@@shadowkilla245 it’s not like xcloud, because it connect to your PlayStation and plays on it, just from anywhere, but xcloud creates a whole new server allowing someone to play on your Xbox while playing on xcloud. Hope this helps 😁

For those wondering why the analogy sticks are placed like an Xbox controller, it’s because this product was a thing before the PlayStation version and Sony partnered with the company to make a PlayStation branded one
Xbox stick placement is way better anyways.
I mean the newest Xbox one controller is literally the best controller that exists. Use an adapter to use it on all my consoles because it's so much better then any other controller.

personally I prefer the Nintendo/Xbox placement, but that's because I'm more used to it. I have given a try to the Playstation placement with a PSX and PS4 controller but I don't find it as comfortable as the Nintendo/Xbox one.
According to this review this backbone controller has alot of features to develop on if there will be a succeedor version of it.
The classic r1 and r2 triggers, dualshock style button arrows, the smooth shaped hand grips of a dualshock and also a backbone version for android mobiles too
I have one this guy exaggerated quite a lot this is hands down the best wireless controllers dosent feel cheap at all

The reason why the controller is different from the ps5 controller is because it’s a reskin of the original backbone one the white controller is a Collab with PlayStation making it a special edition
I find it weird they chose the asymetric sticks. It looks more like an xbox controller.
thats cause this is just a recolored backbone which was a product before sony partnered with them for this color
Definitely agree… the buttons are too clicky and the positioning of the joy sticks are not a true PS controller experience. Also, my biggest complaint about the BackBone is the lack of grip in the back of the unit and the bumper triggers could stick out more and be further apart.
For not just home but on the go with wi-fi in the cars for online multiplayer but you can play solo player games from your main console and you can continue from playing without losing progress.

I had mines for a week now and it’s worth the $100 only thing that o wish you could change was the in game button icons from Xbox to PlayStation but that’s a software issue.
