Weather girl go crazy, but I play NM deadeye so our dmg is not far off despite their class being easier (elixirs will change this)

1 thing i would like to solve this issue easily would be:
achievements tab on your profile, another page that shows what you have done in raids, you can choose a run you have done for every raid and gate and it shows the following things:
Your DMG%, time until boss go berserk and your top 2 other stats (like if you got many counters or did a lot of stagger)
After a run you can choose if you want to show this run on your profile for every gate, this would show you have cleared the raid already (if there is no title) and it would show how much you contributed to the clear, meaning your character spec does not matter anymore, they can just open that page look for that raid and see "ah 27% cruel fighter and fast run, accept" or "13% fighter, almost berserk boss, decline" and it will also let you show your skill which is a factor that you cannot show when you apply yet except maybe title
