    I'm seeing this as the surface of a 3d bowl (is that called a sphere section or something?) Like a bird bath with the possibility of panning the camera from the vertical to the horizontal. Not sure if the same surface effect should display on the bowl "container" (surface) or whether the bowl/container should be transparent... etc., etc. Any thoughts on that? Very suggestive piece. Thank you.

    Thank you so much for this tutorial! Is it possible to loop the noise's movement, and if so how? :)

    • @elekktronaut
      @elekktronaut  Před 4 lety

      My pleasure! Yes, but it's a bit tricky. I highly recommend watching polyhop's tutorial on looping noise, it should answer your question pretty well.

    Great tutorial! I do have a question though, because when I try to change the colors (10:12), I can see them change in the small window from the ramp, but at bg they stay in greyscales? Hope someone can help...

      @@XM8mountainman When you delete the noise and level connected to comp1, you do get colors!! Not the best solution unfortunately, but it works!

    Thanks for this tutorial.. but I have a question. I can connect my circle to my geo. Any ideas? 2:03 in the video!

    • @elekktronaut
      @elekktronaut  Před 4 lety

      You need to create the circle first and then connect the geo from there. Otherwise the input isn't generated automatically. You could also put the circle inside kf the geo.

    I wish my computer could run touchdesigner lol, I really want to learn how to make these awesome visual art techniques. Can I ask you what computer specs do you have? Is there a minimum you would recommend? I have already looked at the specs cited in their website but still daring to ask, Keep making this tutorials please they are AMAZING : )
