1989 Saab Turbo Initial Startup After Numerous Repairs

Got this car a couple months ago. Was in a serious state of neglect and had numerous problems.
After a new fuel pressure regulator, injector o rings, intake gasket, coolant hoses, radiator, electrical repairs, etc etc it fired right up.
But I do have one leaking injector I need to deal with.
But my tach came back to life!
I'll call that a win and deal with the injector next.
