We ourselves need to put in that effort to educate the youth on how to do better. Become mentors for university or college students. Give back to our communities, schools, universities. Ohh ? , Private school's even gorvernment school's are hiring teacher's MA. BA. for less than 10k , I Myself have a person of my family , a government teacher. Same as The security guard of the same school have a 15k Salary. A Fruit seller on road, can earn upto 20k per month here. It is indeed the Ego. Yes the factor of underpaid jobs is also there but lead's to a different conclusion. Have a good day Boss!

In the larger picture, it's an economical problem. There is a demand & supply imbalance because of few job opportunities and an influx of jobless people. In the end, ordinary people take the beating.
Agreed. In Bangladesh, I even saw an waiter job that set a criteria for for undergrads with high cgpa.

If the students started working part time, the people from poor backgrounds with families working as waiters will lose their jobs. I feel we should have mandatory military service for 1 year. This will clear the backlog regarding unemployed people as their will be no fresh graduates for one year and will create a strong, handsome and smart group of young people.

The only relevant thing said is the issue with our universities for not inculcating research based studies. Neither are the teachers trained to educate the students in this manner, nor do the students see this as a worthwhile activity - no extra marks for presenting new thoughts. The entire 4 years of university pass in copying from a text book or another students notes. Students are not taught to present their own thoughts or ideas or augment forward. That’s why Pakistan in general is incapable of inventing new things or technologies because students are too busy catching up with a 30 year old syllabus

As a student abroad I have done part time odd jobs all my university life . My friends who stayed back did university back home . After 4 years he have no job experience ( odd or field) . He is staying with parents feeling entitled I don’t know why. I told him or try to connect with him for some entry level jobs but he is being picking and saying this is not good , that is overnight work , that is call centre . I don’t understand what to do . 😊

I partially agree with the stance, rest is just a liberalism mind set.
1. Yes, males should be asked by parents to start earning at an early age alongside education, both worldly and Islamic, ofcourse they should keep their ego aside and also think about business plans in their own capacity.
2. Females should acquire education again both worldly and Islamic, and only if they want to or required to participate in finances, they should first explore options to earn from home.
3. Females are the responsibility of their fathers, brothers, husbands and sons. Society should not force them into earning that's just not their job. Please don't bring the example of Hazrat Khadija as she was wealthy due to the wealth of her father and previous husband's, and she has got male managers to look after her trading business, she herself didn't close deals with people. Allah called her as a Mother of believers not a Muslim business woman.
4. The most important job of a woman is tarbiyah (upbringing) and that's the hardest so Allah Taa'la do not want women to be burdened by anything else and want them to be protected, cared for and provided for.
5. When males start earning early they will understand about responsibilities and can start a family at an early age too that will prevent alot of evil in the society that we are facing these days.
6. The relationship of wife and husband is as important as other social responsibilities, if people get married at the age of 21-22 they can graduate together, see all the ups and downs of life together, they will develop the better bond at that age, they will grow with each other, become more independent and mindful of their acts and responsibilities, have more chances of seeing their grandchildren before death, will be more healthy and physically available to help their children to raise grandchildren right.
7. Also husband and wife can work together to solve the matters of the society, there's no need to makes issues of society as excuses for being single, Edhi Sahab and Bilquis Edhi were examples, JDC Zafar Abbas also got married early, his mind is more stable and he's more responsible than the single man of his age, Sarim Burney and his wife are working more for the under privileged than any of you discussing about making a difference in society.
Or Europe, America mein feminism or liberalism Ka urooj hone k bawajood rape issues, sex work or depression Kitna zyada hai yeh aap laug khud research karain.
