PS5 is definitely a good console, the value for hardware is definitely there but, compared to a PC which costs almost double to the cost of the former if we want a similar performance the prices and sheer library of games on a platform like steam, epic, humble bundle and several third party game retailers are unbeatable, putting on top the advantage of a multipurpose device like a PC it is still in my opinion a better choice to get a 🖥.
Does PS5 cost less and has excellent exclusives, absolutely, should you buy it if your focus is just gaming? Sure!
The performance of a PS5 is surely a bang for your buck but the games themselves are not fairly priced and you have to buy a PS+ subscription for certain multiplayer features to work and, several games have crossplay disabled. For single player experiences this is still a great choice.
PC even though offering better long term financial benifits still has the main problem called "Where the f**k are the GPUs and CPUs!", Can't find them, can't buy them, and even if found, an older gen card/CPU costs a kidney nowadays due to the silicon chip shortage, scalpers and miners making laptops the only choice for present users unless you are able to afford hardware that unfairly and unacceptably costs 1.5-4x more than the advertised MSRP.
For now, if gaming is your Jam PS5/XBOX is your man? (sorry about that horrendous joke)
XBOX Series X right now has more after sale value with the game pass (so do PCs to a certain extent) unless the user wants Sony exclusives which in my personal opinion are better.
So what I conclude is that If you solely want a Piece of gaming equipment nothing less or more then go for a current gen console, both are good, buy PS5 for exclusives as well as the haptic feedback and the XBOX for the Game pass and if you require a PC in 2021 in India, please don't, go for a laptop unless you can find fair pricing for parts.

my tip is to get a console for gaming and a normal mid - end laptop or pc for say 40-50k for productivity and if u get a ps5 or xbox series x with is 55k u can get the performance of 4k 120fps and productivity(with ur mid end pc/laptop) for just around 1 lakh

You didn't mention main 2 cons for this, no 1440p support and no VRR support, 1440p 60FPS quality mode would be great for Indian customers where many does not have a 4k tv/monitor
