    That transition with the radio and the bringing in the music was cool! Also, takes serious skill to pour oil and record at the same time! Well done

      Thanks, haha, that clip was about 30 seconds, took two takes...poured a pile on the floor - hahah!! Never know where to look, through the camera or at the actual thing.
      You're going to break 10,000 by the weekend, get it - get it!!

      Thanks Marc, it actually was really nice to be out there, even though its been so cold. I think I'm getting to be an old man, didn't used to bother me as much 😉

    Man, do I need to clean my garage! This winter is killing me! Looking great! Really informative for those that want to get more into their builds.
    EVERYONE NEEDS A MICROMETER! Mine has come in extremely handy when you wouldn't think you needed one.

      Thanks, yeah - I can't believe that I went this long without one!!

    I missed what the actual problem you were having with the clutch was?

    • @AceCafeBikes
      @AceCafeBikes  Před 2 lety +1

      I was at the limit at the lever and on the bike for adjustment and the bike wouldn't fully disengage. I was able to ride it, shift through all the gears, but coming to a full stop you could hold it back but you could feel there was tension there. What the issue turned out to be was, I had the adjusting and locking nut on either side of the guide, not stacked on top each other on the top of the guide. Sorted this and no more issue. Wasn't able to catch this on film.

    How do you tune the stack carbs on these because I cleaned mine 3 times and it still dosent want to idle and it Bogs a little before it gets to high rpm

    • @AceCafeBikes
      @AceCafeBikes  Před rokem +1

      I'm not the best advice giver when it comes to carb set up - but if idle is the main issue, I would start with the idler screw and see if you need to make adjustments there. After you clean them are you syncing them - either bench sync or with an actual syncing gauges? This might be your issue for the bogs. Hope this helps - carbs are always a bear to get set just right. Good luck.
