Underdogs blow out the last few cards then guru picks 2 underdogs and favorites sweep the card, except the main where guru picked the favorite. Izzy manifested this
Guru here's a video idea for you: expose the skill and toughness difference between male and female fighters. The girl sprinting away from her opponent face-first into the cage, for starters. And then the main event was the 3rd or 4th really SUS finish that any male white belt could've escaped from, standing chokes where all you'd have to do is fight the hands, and that was a former champ tapping to it like it's her first week in BJJ class. Same deal with Andrade/Lemos, Sam Alvey survived minutes in that position with a monster in Ryan Span squeezing his neck, a former champ can't last 10 seconds?
Another example from tonight: girl rolls the wrong way and dislocates her elbow, terrible injury to be sure but what did Jamahal Hill do when he got the same injury? Kept fighting and didn't scream or tap out. Yet another example: the Aldana/Chiasson accidental heel to the liver TKO, that sort of shit just does not happen when men fight. GET THEM OUT! WMMA should be separate like the WNBA, the top main eventing female fighters have P4P worse skillsets than teenage male debuting fighters like Raul Rosas.

Only reason people think JDM lost was because they didn’t expect the fight to be this close. Objectively speaking as in removing the hype and name value between these fighters JDM won on damage.
What did basil do on top in round 2? Elbows to the thigh? Trying to pass guard? Honestly, he did nothing. Jack almost finished round 2 and basically got a 10-8 round 3 I have no idea how nobody scored round 3 a 10-8.

Azat Maksum was 16-0 going into his fight but if you dig a little deeper, his 16 opponents literally had 2 wins amongst them. Khabib level record padding.

People say that Ferguson cutting to 155 twice in a month was the start of his downfall. JDM cut down to 170 twice in a week + is a big cut for him. That's why he looked slow and sluggish. His IQ was dogshit though
His post fight interview on ESPN he looked like a meth head after a bender, totally drained.
JDM wasn’t exposed bc of the opponent changes and weight cuts..but his performance still is concerning looking forward to how he deals with better wrestlers and grapplers…really unfortunate for Nunes, that was just crazy…I knew Silva would win so that wasn’t surprising but that Chandler run was the highlight of the card…also Elder should’ve gotten a bonus…

JDM fought like an absolute moron. It's not like "oh, he has holes in his grappling". It was his DECISION MAKING. He chose to engage in grappling and put himself on bottom so many times in the fight. But worst of all, he chose to grapple in the last round and go to a decision that he very easily could have lost. Terrible.

Random: Just from experience, i think your camera has auto White balance mode on. It seems to adjust back and forth due to your neon light. You should try setting WB to shade/cloudy mode. If not try each setting until you find the right one & your lighting will stay even. Instead of it fluctuating, going from one setting to another on it's own.

Plus it's a hard topic to cover on YT due to their stupid copyright claimable BS even tho there should be a lot more things under fair use conditions especially if you are doing full breakdowns and adding a bunch of your own analysis to it all. I actually liked that fight for JDMs long term career. He has some serious work to do in the grappling department, and I expect him to address it before facing other grapple heavy fighters. I don't see how this was a bad decision at all. Easy to score rounds 2 and 3 based on damage.

Except it wasn't a dislocated shoulder. It was her elbow what was dislocated. Still, I did mess my shoulder five years ago and even then it sometimes pops out on its own. It is an ugly injury to rehab.

I don't know why people always think when a last-minute opponent does well in a fight it means the other fighter is bad. They have everything to gain, this is their big moment while someone coming off a camp has been training for a specific opponent's style, movement, strikes, and pressure. It's harder arguably to throw all that training out the window last minute to take on someone new whos got nothing to lose. JDM made stupid mistakes but l'm not going to write him off because of a bad performance.
