a 144hz monitor is the biggest upgrade you wil ever see. Anything above 144 is just a plus . Would definately advise people to upgrade to a 144 / 200 / 240 if you have spare budget as itll be a clear night and day
Facts i run apex on a 240 hz monitor at 144frames and its night and day. Even with stretched res and twice the refresh rate as frames theres minimal to no screen tearing. 60hz is a feeling of the past.

@@vizrixx1717 my monitor has 270 frames when over clocked, but struggles to run consistant frams in apex due to all the clutter, mind you its a 2080 . In anyother games , probably get 240 consistantly
Yeah if you never played on a 240 there is a is a difference once you go 240 you never even wanna touch 144.
I’ve had every hz monitor and the biggest difference I saw was 60 hz to 144hz. 144hz to 240hz I saw a difference in clarity and smoothness and is honestly my favorite. 360hz has the lowest latency but it is very negligible and not really worth the money for 360hz.
I could send all of you into the most demonic rabbit hole with this topic. Just know that higher refresh rate is better but those refreshes are only as useful as the clarity of each refresh (picture). 240 pictures per second is great because you're playing closer to real time (not even close) but the blur between each refresh can make or break a good monitor. That's why those big o'l box TV's aka CRT's are incredibly clear but lack resolution and sometimes refresh rate. pixel response time (actual response time not made up numbers by the companies) is just as important if not more.

as some1 who has 80k kills total on 60hz i took a break for almost 2 seasons and i came back and holy shit i used to 1 clip people with 99 long 100 meters but now i can't react anymore people just teleporting while i'm shooting and i don't see where they go i usually lose them and can't 1 clip anymore.

@@joelswatten9611 Could be because everyone was moving like a bot back then. Now people do some wall bounce tap strafe etc with guns recoil being tuned down a bit which makes it harder to 1 clip

I was struggling to get to d2 from d1 on a 144hz (valorant), but it was a 1ms GTG (16ms MPRT), so just got a 240hz 0.4ms MPRT few days back, I'm D3 rn and on a 8th win streak with 3 match mvps.

It is on man. He plays in a stretch res. Odd stretch res at that. Thats why his input overlay is also stretched. I play in a 1440 stretch. Pretty sure he plays a weird 1080 stretch.

yeah he needs to up his streaming budget to 6gb should be good enough. For the video quality i think his using VOD twitch and he set to 1280x720p res. So the video quality can't say much, all he got to do is get new gpu and cpu and he will have the best quality.
