Little did you know that going to every Margaritaville lifted the curse and allowed Jimmy Buffet to return to his home planet, the real Margaritaville. He may be gone but he’ll never be forgotten!
That explains it 🤔 (no rly but may he rest in peace)
He’s eating his cheeseburger in paradise
The Big Margaritaville in the sky
Rip
this is the real question is there a margaritaville in hell or heaven....
I love the idea that Ted hated Margaritaville the entire time they were on actual tropical beaches, where the restaurant is supposed to be. But he started loving it as soon as they entered the Midwest
Manifest Destiny baybeeeeeeeeeee
It's exactly what I wondered when watching Eddy's video xD
It's cause of theme, if you're at a tropical beach the restaurant's theme isn't different enough for Ted to like it. But as soon as you enter an urban environment the tropical beach theme becomes different enough for Ted to love.
@@halleyscomet0867Plus, if you're at a tropical beach, why would you want to spend your time in a tropical beach-themed restaurant instead of on the tropical beach? Margaritaville, much like Jimmy Buffet's music, is for people who wish they were at the beach right now but can't be.
“there is no such thing as a coincidence” - [h3] Family, rip to the goat w/ p and l, papa bless
The different editing styles and the way both of them refuse to say who planned the trip is so funny.
Jimmy Buffet planed the trip. Both of them think the other did it

This video is like a Christmas movie where the main character learns the true spirit of Christmas, but its about Margaritaville and Jimmy Buffet is Santa Claus.
Gonna show the duology to my kids on Jimmy Buffet's birthday.
Underrated comment 😂😂😂😂
From what I know about Jimmy Buffett, which is almost nothing, I wouldn't be surprised if "Jimmy Buffett is Santa Claus" is something that's already happened in some form.
and then santa claus *dies*
The ending scene with Jimmy in the clouds with the rainforest cafe crew feels so different after the news today. Rest in peace Jimmy Buffet, you will be missed.

Its just sad that he died that's all
Does that imply the entire rainforest crew is dead
Yes.

I think if you and Eddie do another one of these it HAS to be a Hard Rock Cafe!!! They have 32 locations in America only a few states don’t have them. So you’d really be doing a big big trip!!!

The one in Denver closed :((( They have to pick something we have here!!

I love that Eddy’s comment section is “you didn’t have to do this to yourself again man, but thanks for the video” and Ted’s comment section is “hey you should go to all of these locations of a place next year!”
I didn't know about Ted's videos of these trips until the other day, and re-watching the RFC videos on both channels is a study of the Human Existence and perspective. It's perfectly hilarious!
ted and eddie were able to get on the same page in the end, but tragically, their comments section are unable to unify in the pursuit of going to themed restaurants.

Another friendly visual reminder that Ted has graduated film school. Some of these shots were incredible.
Yeah, I noticed some nice drone shots too. Also, there is frequently 3rd person footage of both Eddy and Ted throughout, so apparently they hired a camera operator for the trip who we never see haha
@@localhost.0ah the drone shots were just stock footage haha, I did more on this video but I had used drone footage I didn’t shoot in the Rainforest video too. However! I took the shots of Chicago at the end before that drone shot.

i genuinely believe this should be a yearly trip for you two(and whoever else wants to join). Still a few options, like hard rock cafe, Medieval Times, and im sure several other theme restaurant chains.
There's only two locations (Pigeon Forge & Branson) but there's Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede, which is like Medieval Times but with southern food & without sword fights.
I was also thinking about medieval times there’s only like 10 of them so child’s play
Eddy surprising Ted at the end by asking to go to Rainforest Cafe is the cutest shit. You can see Ted's face light up, love what good friends these two have become!

I love how Ted in his attempts to create an ironic mascot joke ended up creating the best edit audio I've seen in quite some time, gave me makoto shinkai vibes
The conclusion at the end was actually kinda heartwarming. This was Lowkey a well written story about two men accepting differences
Ikr like why is this making me feel emotion
Very true
In the rainforest cafe video ted was driven by his childhood memories and in this one eddy was driven by the feel of the place and Jimmy's care free life (as I got his video) but in the end of both videos one of them went from "insanity" to brotherly love. (Kinda)
Highkey
Please do Cheesecake Factory next!
Petition for them to go to every Buc-Ees
Can't wait for the inevitable trifecta of visiting every Hard Rock Cafe in America and Canada and watching Ted and Eddy's slow ascent into rock and roll godhood with each passing location
It would make for a great video trilogy and finale
Oooo yea! They should also go to Mexico! There 3 Hard Rock Cafe in Mexico.
Now will that be before or after the Bubba Gump Shrimp voyage?
It's everywhere in the world went to one in bali
As great as that would be, I think that eating at 35 different Hard Rock Cafes might just be one of the most self-harming ideas out there
I hope they find two more roadtrips: one they both hate and one they both love
as someone from the southwest who constantly sees the billboards about "the thing" but never had reason to check it out, i'm glad someone else went for me.
The manager making sure there was food for Ted and Eddy is one of my favorite parts. So wholesome ❤
I was looking for a comment about this! It really made me smile. 😊

I hope that Ted and Eddy left that manager a massive tip. She really went above and beyond.
in eddys video he mentioned that they did!
I was thinking the same thing.
Yesss Eddy in his video said she asked for a raving review in return, so they left two 5 star reviews and a huge tip!
Honestly I would leave that manager with a fresh $100 and a big Ol’ hug for doing something THAT incredible!
The role reversal of Eddy being overjoyed while Ted slowly loses his mind was golden.
Their happiness is inversely related

In all seriousness, great content, and I look forward to everything y'all do, whether it's every X restaurant round 3, or anything else that captures your interest
This video had better character progression than most movies and tv shows. It brings a tear (just one) to the eye
The Atlanta location moment even warmed my heart. She understood the importance of the quest, the effort behind it and, most importantly, the heart of Margaritaville.
Also as soon as he said disaster struck, I was like "traffic right?" and it was. Also that isn't really disaster. That's just what Atlanta is, always.
Yeah, as someone near Atlanta. Traffic is a norm
As someone from Louisiana, I'm upset by the lack of footage from the one in New Orleans, but I also completely understand 😭😭😭
I live in Atlanta, so wasn’t surprised, but that traffic jam was nowhere near the city. It was hours before dark and they reached the MV at 10pm which is smack downtown by CNN Center. They looked to have hit a jam on sone 4-lane highway in the middle of the state.
Beginning of Ted's video: It seems like Eddy was having a.. good time?
Ending of Eddy's video: I was suffering that night, but for some reason Ted was finally having fun
thats narrative art right there
Why am I getting teared up over that ending😢❤ so beautiful ❤
