Of course, Simms was so biased towards Manning as an announcer, he says "yes, it's a blow to the head" when Nantz is clearly questioning the validity of the call.
He said “by the rule yes it’s a penalty” “I understand if you say no it’s not but where are you going to start drawing the line?” “If you’re going to make the rules up then you have to call it” He wasn’t biased at all he was defending the stupid rule they put in place for this soft af league. You see this called all the time now a days it’s ridiculous trying to play defense in today’s game.
Easily one of my favorite games, I hope the game between them this year is as good, granted Jalen hurts is no Micheal Vick but the Colts are pretty fucking stacked
Phil Simms, you can also give credit to the refs for saying that ball was an incompletion instead of a catch and a fumble bc of a ko. 7 points to the Colts, instead of the Eagles. Should be 23-7 at that point, not 17-16 at the half. Roughing the passer, on a play that when a player scored a TD, his teammate pats him on the helmet, they called less than that for Peyton Manning.
@bigbodyrover Thats the play im talking about, there would be no helmet to helmet call if they said he caught the ball, because he became a runner! Then all the sudden its a no catch and then they can make that BS call! They cant make that call once he catches it and takes them steps he took!!
@bigbodyrover Ok back to the 1980 NLCS I watched all 5 games Phillies Houston, Im halfway through game 5, 4 of them go into extras. So far this is the best series I have ever seen. I never seen it every game.
Good to see so many people watching all these great games! I have been trying to relve some, and see some I never have! Im on the best baseball series I never seen, I gotta agree, with Mike Schmidt, the 1980 NLCS is the best series ever def in the 5 game era. Only other I can think of that even comes close is the 1995 Mariners game when Griffey scored from 1st. But AS A SERIES, this easily edges that one. Cosell, Drysdale and Keith Jackson keep saying it, over and over, more and more every game, now every few minutes, they never seen anything this incredible. 4 straight ext inning games. comebacks like crazy.
Even with all the injuries Manning still drives his team downfield...and colts center Jeff Saturday isn’t very big.. but he is extremely smart and I the leader of the offensive line...using great technique to get a job done..
If Eagles advanced further in the playoffs that year at least in to conference champ, Vick would've got the MVP, but playing that eventual champ Packers in WC wasn't gonna be on Eagles favor.
I had that same thought Petey. If only we get some decent play on the opposite side of Slay. Our CB's will have some chances bc our d-line should be ferocious.
For a while they did it to where the away team got the channel. If its afc vs nfc.... The away team gets the channel. Pay attention and youll notice thats true like 90% of the time. I cant remember any that werent like that since i first noticed.

“I understand if you say no it’s not but where are you going to start drawing the line?”
“If you’re going to make the rules up then you have to call it”
He wasn’t biased at all he was defending the stupid rule they put in place for this soft af league. You see this called all the time now a days it’s ridiculous trying to play defense in today’s game.
November on armed forces day me and buddy went to the game . last home game i went to in 7 years . 2007 to 2019 all away games
Only time Andy Reid beat Peyton Manning as Eagles headcoach
Good game to watch in 2020
Easily one of my favorite games, I hope the game between them this year is as good, granted Jalen hurts is no Micheal Vick but the Colts are pretty fucking stacked
He's no Vick cuz he's Jalen hurts already looking like a south Philly legend
I loved the eagles this year.
I love watching Samuel picking Manning passes with Eagles & Patriots 😂
2022 Sir. Vintage Peyton!!!
i miss this quality of football
Can you upload the 1994 NFC Championship Game between the 49ers and Cowboys?
Andy Reid always got a entertaining offense 😭😭

Me in Madden 21 when I do a perfect kick and miss.
I swear Peyton tried to kill collie multiple times.
4 straight ext inning games. comebacks like crazy.
running under a long thrown ball is one of the best feelings in the world...and don't even miss a step on the fly...nirvana
Upload the Cowboys and Broncos 2013 or Eagles Broncos 2013
Man peyton vs vick. 2 of my favorites.
Even with all the injuries Manning still drives his team downfield...and colts center Jeff Saturday isn’t very big.. but he is extremely smart and I the leader of the offensive line...using great technique to get a job done..
This game shows you glimpses of why Peyton is the regular season GOAT and why Vick had the potential but not consistency to be there himself
Too bad Peyton had the Refs help him at the end and they still couldn't get the Job done
If Eagles advanced further in the playoffs that year at least in to conference champ, Vick would've got the MVP, but playing that eventual champ Packers in WC wasn't gonna be on Eagles favor.
Best colts uniform.
What a game by asante samuel. Birds have been missing that. Hopefully slay can fill that void this year
I had that same thought Petey. If only we get some decent play on the opposite side of Slay. Our CB's will have some chances bc our d-line should be ferocious.
I didn’t even realize Andy Reid was coaching for the Eagles in 2010
Do you have the 1999 nfc championship? (rams vs bucs)
Thanks bro
Great game. refs tried to screw eagles
Never used to seeing cbs do an eagles game at home
For a while they did it to where the away team got the channel. If its afc vs nfc.... The away team gets the channel. Pay attention and youll notice thats true like 90% of the time. I cant remember any that werent like that since i first noticed.
Watching this game 7/22/2022.. anybody else??
