It is a beautiful thing to watch this little Arabian settle in to a stress-free and hopeful life. After all his hard work and patience , he deserves to be treated really well . Thank you for bringing him home. 🙏🙏🙏👍
Think he might be a registered Arabian?
I love him. Thank you for your information and love. ❤
Yes! No one else cared what happened to him. Now he'll live the best live ever!
I’m still rooting for Sterling as the name. Dignified for his regal Arabian senior self. He’s beautiful.
yeah, it's a good name. Sterling has a solidity to me, since sterling silver is stronger than pure silver.
Oooh! Sterling is a GREAT name for him!
Thank you
I agree
Sterling
Sterling, a perfect fit!
Love Sterling
He seems so sweet and looks even better in each video. He looks so dramatic against the gray sky, almost like he's a stormcloud himself.
That would be a great name....Storm Cloud, I like it.
Or..... Nimbus 😅❤☁️
@@whisperingwings852I was about to suggest the same.
Absolutely love your little Arabian. What a find. Can't wait to see you working with him. Must be so exciting to see what he can do.
@@whisperingwings852yes ! and Stormy for short.
Brushing his mane and tail made a world of difference. He is looking good!
Earl Grey is just perfect for a name!! I heard it in live chat!
omg, that is so cute. I'm sure he wouldn't be the first Earl (grey horse) but it is such an adorable name for him. He looks so much better already. Looking forward to seeing more of this guy and whatever cute name you give him :)
Great name!
Oh! Yes, that IS cute.
You’re right - that is a perfect name for him!!!!!
Love that name ❤
It is amazing how quickly horses respond to proper diet and attention.
He really loves the attention & companionship you give him!!
Great video! So proud of this "new guy!" ❤️
I love your horsemanship. You are so relaxed and easy with the horses. Your experience shines.
Thank you so much!
I have to say the same as everyone else he already looks better and he’ll look so different in a few months with the proper diet that he will get and some exercise
Both reading the horse and the horse reading us is the flower of being with horses.
@@TheCleverCowgirlwhich product do you like best for thrush? I am using copper sulfate crystals in a vinegar base. I wasted $26 on a tiny tube of blue gel and it didn’t do much of anything. The old standards of thrush buster or Koppertox work better

It's amazing how well he is looking after only being with you a week. What a sweet guy! ❤️
Your new horse reads you as well as you can read him which itself says much about both of you. It might be the fact that I am an elder, but watching you do maintenance with your horse is most relaxing. Arabians ‘have only 23 vertebrae, while 24 is the usual number for other breeds.’ ❤
That is fascinating
He looks lovely after his groom, what a difference. He is a very sweet horse. I hope your leg isn’t hurting too much.
Your new guy is looking so much better than a week ago. Thank you for picking him up and giving him all that lovely attention. ❤😊🙏
I couldn’t believe how he let you groom him while he ate; such a good boy! ❤❤
I haven't been riding in well over forty-five years. I would really enjoy it when I was, and watching you tend to your beautiful animals makes me want to be around them again. I hate being disabled, but I have to be realistic and accept that there are things that I will never be able to do again. Thank you for renewing some of my favorite memories.
I'm in the same boat Louisa. I can't ride anymore due to so many bone surgeries. But I love watching the Clever Cowgirl.
@@cathywhite4019you both can live viciously thru CC, without getting sore butts lol
Many of us flock to the good equine channels for similar reasons.
That was supposed to be vicariously stupid auto correct lol
@@kiminalaska9363 I read it as such. Sometimes I wonder if our brains are adapting to lousy auto corrects. So much of what we read we gather from context I guess.
I’m still rooting for Doc as a name. He’s just what the doctor ordered for Skeletor
That was my suggestion. It's short, to the point and reflects a Quarter Horse parentage.
My Doc was flea bitten up front and dappled behind...
with that white mane Doc makes me think of Doc Emmitt Brown from Back to the Future
DeLorean, yayyy! 😃👍
I like the name Doc.😊
@@bwenluck9812But he's an Arab.
I am sure he will like the beauty treatment. He seems to crave attention. He is so pretty even if dirty!
I like the name Nimbus for him ❤ I think the sound of it suits his personality (cute, fresh, sweet) and the meaning suits his colour ☁️❤️
That was the name of the horse in the first horse book I read as a child. Got me hooked.
Nimbus is my fave!
I restored an old timber boat named Nimbus that gave me a world of trouble and good times. I have a feeling there’s a lot to be revealed about this guy!
I couldn’t believe the healthy change in his top line already. He is especially blessed to be with you.
Name him Silver then you can say “ Hi Ho Silver!”
Yes, I like Silver for a name
In that case why not call him Jack/ Then CC could greet him with Hi Jack
Winner!🏆
That mane/tail conditioner works wonders. That grooming you did changed his whole appearance for me. From an auction horse, to a horse who has a home. Someone in the comments suggested Galahad in the last post. I think that name really suits his personality. That last shot of him with the sunsetting behind him was gorgeous! Thank you for sharing your beautiful world!
He's gorgeous! Hope your foot is healing 😊
I just got my mom completely hooked on your channel. She's 83 and still rides her Swedish Warmblood. She used to have a flea-bitten Arabian mare for that horse's entire lifetime, so this guy reminds her so much of that horse and she can't stop watching your videos! Thank you for all you do for these guys. He's looking great, can't wait to see how he develops. What a sweetie!
I can't wait to hear what the vet says about your guy!
I think she is going to be stoked, I usually bring her ones that look so much worse than this guy!
I think Gandalf would be a perfect fit for him ^^
I don't normally think about it, but Isn't it amazing that substances exist that kill parasites without harming animals. What a wonderful invention! : ) Also, putting this guy with Skeletor may cause extreme levels of creative shenanigans. I can't wait! Haha CC, thank you for the video. I hope your ankle heals up okay.
Creative shenanigans, yes I am afraid of that!
You're a true stoic and glad to know I was right about him being an honest guy!
WHAT a good boy.
Very patient 💕
He's a sweet beautiful boy he's loving all the attention and pampering
Mischievous side? The perfect match for Skeletor! 😂👍
He's beginning to look really good, The conditioning treatment on his mane and tail made him look a bit more elegant, like he's growing back into himself.
I'm loving the new handsome man. Amazing how beautiful he turned out from a simple grooming. Hoping Skeletor will love him too. Hope your hubby has good luck on his trip.
That little horse is alot like my little Arab. He was a rose gray that turned into a flea ticked by age 5 and almost white with his tan ticks. He was the best tempered, gentle horse you could ask for. He'd break his heart for you if you were good to him and he trusted you. He was a little Polish Arab named NJ Maki. I was told Maki meant corpse in Hawaiian, but I chose to think it meant loving because he was. He was 14.2 hands and lived to be 34. I miss him even now after over 20 years because he was so smart and so good.
Blessing for both of you I’m sure. We are so Blessed to have the experience and time they give ys💕
Phone in your mouth hilarious talent
Innovation is a given in any artist's talent 😉
He reminds so much of my heart horse, Lacey. She was an Arab/appy and the sweetest horse ever. She had the biggest heart.....I am feeling so much joy watching you with this new guy. ❤️
Aww he looked so much smarter when you finished him. He seems very gentle and chilled out considering the move and new environment 😊
How soothing watching that gorgeous fella getting groomed and enjoying his mash. 😊
HATE the wind but it brings cardboard for Skeletor to play with!
Nature provides! 🤣 cardboard today, trash bag tomorrow, it is a good thing he is a chill dude!
Good experience for him.
I thought nobody could top Prim for looks but this guy is a real stunner.
Hope we can watch the doctor check him out 😃
He is looking so much better! He was quite Gnarley there for awhile♥️
What a lovely lil guy... So far he's showing the same temperament as my gentle 4 year old Arabian stallion.
He behaved more like a gelding, very sweet yet spirited.
Hope you get well soon! 😊💪👍
I think he is going to end up being one of the prettiest horses on your farm… once you put some weight on him…. I believe with your TLC he will be so grateful….and some of that Arabian personality will start showing! Can’t wait to see what the vet says…. I know you will keep us posted! Hoping your ankle will soon be totally healed!
He looks like he just came out of a high-end hair salon after you groomed his mane & tail, lol. What a sweetie, no halter! :-)
He did start to look pretty amazing towards the end of his session. Pretty incredible. A month from now eith your careful attentions he will be Stunning and he can show 1:54 1:57 his noble heritage I know you are bumed with hour ankle Be kind and gentle to yourself!! Take the time to heal!!! It will pay in the long run!!!
We were all waiting for this moment!
Xxxxx
You said “stunning”!
I think Stunner would be a good name to add to the suggestion box!
I get an indian chieftan vibe from him. Hes been thru the wars and has knowledge ‘ Wisdom’
Wise one
Medicine man
Or something from the desert
‘ Wind’
O well
I guess we will all have to find our own late teen Arabs…. There might b a sudden run on the market! 😂
@@jaanstephenswhite572Sadeek/Sadiq/Sadeeq is Arabic for "friend", the kind of friend who is true and loyal, and isn't out to get something from you.
You could probably look up the word for "wise" or "wind.". It might be a pretty sounding name
Wise-- Hakiim
Wind-- Riah.
You take great care of your horses! Now you need to amp up your Amazon wishlist! ❤ what do you need? Boot size, glove size, and hat size. Favorite color!!! BLESSINGS to your farm family! 😊
He is amazingly well-behaved and cooperative.
I am so impressed with the change in his top line. Your expertise with horses is amazing! Thank you for the videos!
“Only a small part is played in great deeds by any hero.”
“I have found that it is the small everyday deed of ordinary folks that keep the darkness at bay. Small acts of kindness and love.”
Gandalf the Grey, JRR Tolkien
Yeah, but he was speaking of the Hobbits, not himself. But I'm still with you on Gandalf, especially if this boy proves as wise as he seems.
@@bernadettecartin Right exactly! Thought these popular quotes were a nice reflection of Gandalf’s philosophy and the idea that small acts have a positive impact on the world.
There are just so many great quotes…
Yippee, looking forward to this. 🐴👏🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I love this guy, he seems so nice
I like He-Man to live peacefully with Skelator
Lol! Yes!
I like this one! My eight year old who watches also likes. So two votes here :-)
Not only are you incredibly knowledgeable about all things "horse", but you have such a sweet, quiet voice that is very soothing to the ear. Its no wonder all your horses enjoy your company!
He gets more beautiful every time we see him! So well behaved to let you groom him during his dinner. Waiting to hear what the vet says.
He is looking great.
He is precious. Thank you for sharing.

What a nice boy. He just seems so chill and easy-going.
I just looked for your video for a little sanity. There is some really depressing stuff on UTube so I find you and the horses, Huckleberry and the cats and it makes the world right again. Thank you for showing the best part of Gods world.
He's so lovely 😍, what a star for standing so still
He is looking better and better. Good job!
Prince is looking quite dapper with his flowing mane and tail after his beauty treatment!
His mane and tail hair are beautiful! that conditioner makes him look Awesome! Thanks for a great video. Too bad the rain was coming and it was cut short. Oh that's right you had home choresto do.Take care of your leg and stay safe.
He is sweet.
He looked like he enjoyed that and was suprised . It was ya that feels good , oh and the food 😊.
Nice vidio .
He's looking so well and relaxed in a week. He knows he's in safe hands. A super horse. 👌 ❤
Cowgirl you give me a little bit of PEACE and Sanity everyday......AMEN
This horse is stunning. After you did your grooming, he just sparkled. I love his dove like eyes they are so inviting and caring. I am so happy he fell into your life for a long, deserved spa day. I'm completely in love with him. Thank you for sharing your journey with this majestic animals. They are broken when they enter your home but become stars when they leave.
Ha, ha, everyone has a favorite name for him. Whatever you choose will be just fine. You are so kind and knowledgeable and thoughtful in all you do. Wishing you a safe and quick recovery and looking forward to seeing you ride. Stay safe sweet CC.
You are doing such a great job with this horse, bless you!
My first horse was an Arab. Never had such a close connection with a horse in my life.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE watching your videos. You are an amazing trainer. Turning these precious, albeit, sometimes pretty beat up horses into beauties is really a thing of beauty to watch. I pray your foot or ankle is not broken. Take as good care of yourself as you do your horses 😉
I had a few white Arabs. Lived into 30's. One had some melanoma around his tail.at age 18. After talking to many vets in sunny California, the take away was that removing small bumps could actually stimulate the cancer. Just monitor . So I did nothing and he lived until 32. Sunscreen on the nose on long rides. Most grey Arabs are born with black skin. Even Appaloosas and other white skinned breeds can be more prone to skin cancers.
I agree with the saying, "You are your name", so if you want him to stay a calm sweet horse, chose a name that represents the characteristics you want to ensure he'll be a good buddy for Skeletor. He is looking so good being that you've had him such a short time. He really is a cutie!
Noticed in the video you left hay and mash crumbs in the cart outside the fence for the neighbor's horse to enjoy. That was so kind of you! ❤❤❤
If he's a mischief maker, it will be very interesting to see what him and Skeletor come up with!
Still love the fairies and flowers lol😊
I hope you're right about the mischievous part, lol! Always entertaining for viewers, hee-hee.
Always!
I hope your ankle continues to improve. What a pain - literally! Perhaps you don’t want to be reminded of the incident, but what about Achilles for a name? (Though I still like Tut.) He is such a beautiful horse. What a great find. I think he will fit in so well with all your other horses.
He is a very nice horse. Seems very level headed.
I still like “Chester”. I still have no reason.
I think you should call him Galahad. He looks like a Galahad very brave but patient. 😊
Silver is his desired name. Try it out. He likes it. Simple and elegant at the same time.
Yayyy! Me too!
70K subs!
🎉
I loved hearing “doesn’t react to much” when describing an Arabian. I bet he has seen a lot. My last Arab spooked at hay, every day I tossed it, every day I owned her, for 19 years. It didn’t matter that I announced it, she always spooked and left!
What a sweetheart! He is so gentle and agreeable, and he is cleaning up nicely. His tail looked like silk when you got done with it.
70k! Congrats!
dear CC, yes he is really a sweet little horse. I'm more than sure you'll choose a nice fitting name. greetings from Germany.
He seems to really appreciate all the love and attention❤
I love the before and after with your horses. You take good care of them and give them, or find them, other wonderful homes. Outstanding.
I love this horse. Glad you saved him. Thanks for posting.
His intelligence and kind spirit were evident when you were cleaning his feet.
This video made me feel that Stormy might a good name.
I love the new guy. So pretty and gentle.
I have a rescue Arab gelding that has the same coloring. My guy is a sweet sensitive guy who has a great disposition. He has the traditional Arab energy and is always on look out for danger. Your guy also looks like he is good natured.😊
He’s a sweetheart. You found a gem. ❤️
I love videos like this! Laid back ❤ What a sweet honest guy. I like that you wait to name him until his personality shows.
What a sweetie. Thanks for all the work you do for these wonderful animals.
He is looking spiffy!
I think once he fills out and heals up a bit more and you give him a good scrub, he's going to be gorgeous. I always loved Arabians, and I think he's going to be very happy with you.
Staying tuned! 😊 take good care.
I am really excited to see the new horse's journey! I've been calling him Hugo :D
You both needed it. Look at his face
Had to chuckle over your persistence in recording, by putting your phone in your mouth. Glad you got some peaceful time and the indications are that this new horse is coming along well. Nice time to put in the detangler, with a storm coming in.
