I see the first to Holo EN Gens as Cover trying to play around with ideas in regards to the group themes. From mythical beings to physical embodiment of universal concepts, probably them going with a "go big or go home" approach. I think after spending time observing audience response for the first 2 Gens, Cover on the EN side managed to narrow down on a clearer path with designing these themes.
