This video that Tim comments on is the most important of all, by the way. Go to 2 minutes in. I kid you not. Getting your paperwork in real apple pie order is magical. I would say 75% of clients who do this that we have helped either win or get a decent settlement. This is not only because fortune favours the well-prepared, but because they get a detached view of their case and know what the right settlement figure is.

Thanks for this Alex. I couldn't find any, but do you have any vids where you talk about how you create a bundle prior to a hearing?
How complete should the documentation be? There is relevant and irrelevant communication. Some just refers to entirely unrelated topics like the actual business that was being conducted. There could be huge attachments with hundreds of pages, or videos, skype messages, slack messages, phone calls, etc. One can never document everything and/or share it.
do you have any videos on how to prepare for trial, skeleton arguments; the trial timetable and what facts evidence to use when there are many points, where the D has denied all and not given a defence for each point, but merely just given reasons for their actions?
Bundling Software makes my life so much easier, given the court and their desire to become paper free. An absurd proposition might I add!
Always keen to hear about new innovative ways to get paperwork in order.It really is often the litmus test of success, which sounds strange, but is our experience.

Zero will give any consultation without wanting £250 to 300 up front!.
Yes, I am afraid we lawyers all learn the hard way - when we are young lawyers we try and give free help, but what we discover is that it is so time-consuming as short calls inevitably turn into long ones and our time gets eaten up quickly- so many people seem to think that legal advice should somehow be free. It is just not a sustainable way to run a small law firm.
The other thing is that it is dangerous giving advice on a short call without knowing the facts of the case.
Still, those prices seem high for an introductory call.

We have actually had CZcams remove a video recently - they say it is not in line with their medical misinformation policy!
