  • Introduction on paperwork is 10 minutes - nuts and bolts dealing with courts from that point.
    Since the pandemic we have seen even more of a slow-down with the courts and problems processing claims. The system is underfunded and it is a shame that our legal system is not being properly funded by government. In this vlog we deal with matters such as phoning emailing courts and managing paperwork and other administrative matters - which, frankly, are absolutely critical to winning. I therefore make no apology for the long introduction!
