Found this video a few days ago and just talked to Custom Gheenoe at a BBQ event where they were displayed. Straight up great folks that will build my custom dream boat.
Nice boat, but the price just seems pretty high. But after some thought if I could actually find a new like this (sister) I would really consider paying this.
I could build one for a lot less I'm guessing. ..why not just buy a used bay boat or flats boats for 5,000.00....I want a gheenoe but man isn't there anyone that build these cheaper ?
Jackplate is overkill imo, but a lot of people run them on these boats. Mine runs in 10 inches wide open with no issues. A jackplate gets you into 5-6 but its a pretty big investment. I havent found the need to run wide open in less than 10 inches, as you are just asking to hit something really hard :)
You will not get swamped in this. I have been in the middle of E Toho in 2 foot rollers and I have been on the Crystal River with 30 foot boat wakes with no issues. Much more of a "boat" than the smaller Gheenoe models.

It's an upgrade option. Custom Gheenoe can do any color you like,all they need is a sample of what you want. I added double metal flake in the option.

Seems center console is a loss of space and too much weight. A front stick steer would be better choice in my mind.

My Gheenoe classic has an outer and inner hull, with foam in between.
All new Custom Gheenoes have foam flotation. The old Gheenoes did not. They have changed a lot over the years

25hp 4 stroke will get you about a 70 mile range on 6 gallons at WOT.

It is on a jackplate. You can see the up and down jackplate controls on the center console.
