Then when I moved back up to NE Ohio I invested in a fleet of freighter canoes which are the same....great cargo carriers for skinny water using small outboard. Do you know how to judge water depth by the color of the water ?....As water lightens up it's getting shallow. The darker water is deeper. Sand shoals can be fairly accurately judged by the shape of the stream.

    • @OverlandFlorida
      @OverlandFlorida  Před 3 lety

      I do know how. With the rain we have been having the water is dark with tanic acid so it can be tricky.
