Go for rx 580 8gb. It's not that much more expensive and gives you more longevity.
Just put the resolution to 1366x768 and the fps will much much better.
And also enable the anti aliasing if the game looks too jittering(idk what that called lmao xd) and the game will looks like playing in native resolution but sometimes kinda hard to see some enemies

Your CPU temps are way too high. I have the same cpu and gpu and my temps are nowhere near your's. Also, considering temporatures and cpu utilization your clock speeds are too low. You might lose some fps due to the perhaps faulty cpu.
Plug the charger so it wont lag cause its a gaming laptop
