Thank-you William and Steve wonderful video is So Real and true❤🔥. Jesus our King his Mother brings so much to ponder. brings Hope more to reality also for me.
I guess connected to this is her title as Queen of Martyrs for, though she shed no blood, she pondered many things in her heart including many of her Sorrows throughout her life. The very opening scene from Gibson's "The Passion of the Christ" where Mary asks "why is this night so different from the others?" makes me think of this.
This is how we should learn about the history of Jesus' life; in close conection with his forever-loving mother. The agonies of her life are sad to listen to. A young innocent girl who adored her child; Jesus and Mary had a special closeness through the Holy Spirit. Mary loved Jesus and was by him until his last breath. She spent her life protecting and nurturing him, but she knew what the outcome would be for the divine Messiah. What can be more painful for a mother than to bring her child up to be sacrificed - day by day, getting closer to his traumatic death. Till the end, she was there, sharing his suffering; what a torturous life. How long did she lived following Jesus death? I am sure it was not long; I am sure she asked GOD to take her to her son.
Though I appreciate the attempt at sensitivity towards Blessed Mary's sorrows, there is nothing Biblical nor of the Church Fathers that indicates that Mary was sorrowful at the Annunciation! If there were, she would have sung a vastly different Magnificat! I think there is Lutheran humanism influencing this production. This is the problem with Novus Ordo masses. Unlike the Traditional Latin Mass, they mostly stay at the emotional level & do not lift one into the highest form of prayer which is contemplative. Converts can take decades to completely rise out of their backgrounds & discover True Tradition.
And then, at the last judgement, you'll have billions of NO attendants ahead of you in holyness. Rise out of thinking you have true Catholicism and others dont. It only harms the soul and ultimately ends in schism as seen recently.
Mother of God, pray for us ❤️✝️🕊️

👍
If Joseph was in his late 20’s or early 30’s that would make him about 15 years older than Mary when they get Married.
