"built it in two hours...."
That's probably how long it would have taken the Orks to build it.
Ha ha thats awsome. I love orks there just so cool.
Hahaha 😆
Building it fast made it even orkier!
Go fasta-datz ork kultur
Must have been cutting with red scissors ✂️
@@kdenkniep1454 Just YES that's hilarious 😂
@@daorkboyz9438 i don't even remember commenting that XD
Next month you should craft something for "Gnome-vember" 😎
With ork stuff you want maximum texture. Cable tie bits can make a good vents for details. Q-tip rods and the pipe from hand soap bottles are good pipes. The best thing i find is plasticard "Squares" with the edges hacked at for the texture. Ice cream tub is a good place to get such plasticard. The bottom non-slip surface of plastic picnik plates are good as well.
Have a WAAAAAAAAGHH for the algorithm!
Thx!
_[Midwinter Minis liked that.]_
Wait a second, a Wyloch video without measuring? Who are you and what have you done with the real Wyloch?!
Also no random jewels
lulz
So you wash your builds before work too... glad I'm not the only one haha... Love that Orc Skull over the entrance.
I would love to see more videos where you cut loose and do more less precise videos like this one. Really interesting to see you do something against your nature.
"Legal Pads" Marine chapter brothers should really go and audit that sketchy ork build, I bet there are some serious building permits violation codes.
Roboute would have a field day. All that un-regulation.
Incredible build! The size and quality of the model are truly impressive. Thanks for sharing this.
Your linework theory for Ork construction is exactly the rules followed in the animation of Rocko's Modern Life.
Australian rock paintings would be a great reference for decorating this!
Very cool and easy to take ideas from to inspire other Ork projects. I'm keen to see what your future Ork builds look like alongside this build, and look forward to see if/when this terrain debuts in a Battle Report.
The one thing this channel was missing was da great green. Hell yeah
Love it! I miss doing this kind of scratch building. Super creative and a liberating experience. Nice work!
This looks fantastic, those texture paints made a huge difference!
‘Umies when da buildin starts goin fast
Retire all precision to those crazy Humies. Awesoem job as usual, keep the craziness coming!
So inventive, so well done, and so shockingly fast.
How do you have space for all The Stuff, W.? Are you all sleeping in the car?
You can't see it from my usual talking head viewpoint, but I have an entire wall with devoted shelving. Plus a 8x4 table right behind me with its own shelf underneath.
@@WylochsArmory Ah. I live in a rented brown box, so everything looks capacious to me.
(I'm a sub-30 min tram ride from the GW head office and factory, you'll be vastly excited to learn.)
Bill,
I just watched your hiatus video and just wanted to drop you a quick note and say, "take all the time you need🤗". You have been a tremendous source of inspiration for me and I have built and played with a ton of your tiles and ideas.
I entered your airship contest a while back and you sent me a set of your sewer and cave tiles as a consultation prize. They are a treasured addition to my terrain and get a ton of use. Thank you again for everything you have done. You are a genuinely great human and deserve all the break you need! Be well and I will be here, ready to watch and be inspired, when you return ☺️👍
Plight? Plight? They are living the best possible life they could want, they are the 40k's version of winning at life
Nice change of paste - looks like great fun to build - and that you had great fun building it! Awesome video as always 👌
Thx!
Rockin! indeed. One of a kind and amazing. Count me inspired :)
Yes. This. More of this. Great video, great build.
Simple and ideally easy to construct Ork plantation where battle wagons and bikes roll out from while on higher platforms guards watch for intruders.
Cool! Orks rock! They are so fun to build!
Awesome build. Looking forward to more slapdash terrain builds.
Hell yeah. New Wyloch videos make getting off of work so much more enjoyable
Very cool project!
Wyloch and da boyz
Welcome to the WAAAGH!
Really nice.
The speed was awe inspiring.
More Bolts More Orky
Though I haven't found a crazy fast way to make em. Aside from slight dimpling which can work from a far but doesn't really hold up for bolts
Thanks for sharing.
And Thanks for the Grim Dark highlight. It brought a few folks back to the table :D
cheers
I just started a Skaven army for Age of Sigmar, and when this popped up in my recommended list it struck me that the 40k Ork aesthetic works just fine for Skaven as well!
Looking forward to making a mad scientist lair for my Skryre warlock-engineers, yes-yes!
I do love a Wyloch build video. As an Orc collector. Dis build is propa Orcy
Another great job!
Awesome stuff!!!
amazing work as always!
Thx!
I was thinking of how cool it would be if There where Imperial Waste-Land bandits on off-road vehicle like the New Genestealer Cults jackal ATVs.
Love your videos, just recently got into one page rules because of you!
Thx!
That was a fun build to watch. Thanks Wyloch. I wish I had known about Orktober, here I am doing pumpkin themed stuff. :P
Da Boyz mak da biggest and tuffest ort that them skinny metal Boyz can't break our big stone ort!
That was the most inspiring intro ever.
love that you didnt use measuring tools to give that sorta trademark orky deliberate roughness of cobbled together sheets of metal and spikes that somehow holds up to the WAAAAGH. good stuff.
Looks awesome
I’m super new to this I joined this stuff because of my brother and we are both young and I love the orks and I’m looking at stuff for them and I wanted to make a big ork fortress even tho Ik they don’t usually have a fort I’m still doing it and I’m super pumped this helps a lot man thanks
the flooring on that bridge area came out way realistic
Welcome back!
Wow that turned out great for a 4 hour build! I will be trying to make some similar terrain to match my MDF Ork buildings.
It looks awesome, very orkish indeed.
A very nice build =)
Very cool!!! I don't have that skill or patience. I will be printing out my orc terrain.
Hello from Normandie 🖖
J'adore votre travail 😉👌
Adding checker patterns was a good idea if you don't want everything to look like a uniform red. I'd suggest adding other orky colors to the squares to break up the shapes and sell the illusion of having more detail than there is. Common "orky colors" are bright primary red, bright (almost neon) orange, turquoise, aqua blue, and yellow. Writing out ork glyphs as graffiti is quick and easy, especially if you have an airbrush.
Okay, so the redoubt is great and all but *gluing a chipboard square to the bottom of the Insta-Set bottle* @6:15 is brilliant! I've knocked mine over so many times and then I have weird sorta oily smeilling gunk all over everything.
In the immortal word of da Big boss quet=WAAAAAAAGH 0:06
Amazing and...well...Orky!
Sick video!
"Ork aesthetic?" Now there's an oxymoron!
That looks like enough models for a Grimdark Future Batrep!
Oh, just you wait. This is about 20% of my Ork army.
Very effective,I like it.
Awesome Opossum!! :D
Have always loved structural builds like this. The Sector Mechanicus build and accessories have alway been my favorite videos.
Would love to see more in that Sector Mechanicus style, either an update to those original videos, or maybe a different theme using the same techniques.
A Sector Ork-us for example :P
Towers and platforms and bridges and little shacks, stairways, ladders, and lots of traps!! :D
"It's still missing something.."

Happy Orktober!
Nicely!!!
Great Vid as always. What about for more in Orktober, some Ork Objective Markers.
Lols wylock well done sir.
Looks aWAAAAAAAAGHHsome!!!
Oi, you git! Wadzh up wiff dish *Orktober* fing? Wud 'bout da next monff, *Orkvember* ? Wud'z yoo doin for dat, ehh?!
Orktober is upon us, boyz! This was a wonderful build, and I am also surprised to know you do have orks, since you don't really make much ork stuff on the channel. Are we going to ever see them in a Grimdark Future battle report? Maybe in a game involving this very fort?
Wylock's next 40K army is Ork!
This is awesome, wish more people would not be afraid to use cardboard =D
i got meself some plastic mesh at poundland called Cookmate...used as a chip basket after frying...paints up real nice like
Waaaaaggghhhhh!
Evil Suns best Orks! Welcome bruvah!
Dis old Boss approves!
*Wyl-ork no measure* 🚫📐
*DAT LOOKZ PROPAH ORKIE IT DUZZ*
Not sure if or when you will feel like returning to you tube, but just wanted to say I very much enjoy your channel. However, we all need breaks and I hope you get the rest and make the changes you need. Best regards!
Underneath that warm, fuzzy exterior there was an ork all along...
I think you were missing an accent color before.
Loved the build!
That looks like it was made from a kit!
I lost it at "Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagh". Here is your upvote of the video. And now I'm gonna watch it.
Will you use the same techniques for an Ork Stompa? This is a great build.
This whole time iv wondered what legal pad you are talking about ? Im not going to google it :) Il just think of what it could be lol
I’m sorry I didn’t catch that quote, could you repeat that?
YESSS I love me some ORC STUFF! I too am working on a scratch built world for the green bois! Great work Mr. Wyloch!
I never understand how people get random tank track-s... What happened to the tanks you bought? :D
Anyway: Awesome building! Realy love it!
ah yes!! apple barrel paint!!
damn thats good
9:02 that coffee mug reminds me of the old hardees mugs from the 80s. It can't be. Can it?
Yep, my from my wife's grandmother's house.
Yep. The only thing I can say to this is "WAAAAAAAAGHH!!!!!"
Can you start a death army i have one its pretty cool to have skelingtons and zombies as your warriors
Not too bad
Must have been torture not using your favorite tool.
I collect orks this awesome
Probably smart not to use plasticard for this that would get expensive quick with how big this is. Cubes are fine for Orks but only for bits that actually need it and you have to break up the shape with plenty of Gubbins.
One of my favorite crafters jumping into my favorite army?? Hype!
What did you do for your rivets?
I think those bits that were actual Warhammer 40k bits from the bits box, and perhaps a few rough sprues.
Yeah a few panels are actual plastic bitz, with rivets. I didn't do any scratchbuilt riveting. I ain't got that kinda time.
@@WylochsArmory haha totally fair
Love ot sir.
Moar orky bits plox
I know what I'll do in October! (And I don't even own any orks... yet lol)
I used your affiliate link a good while ago to pick up a pack of the Graphics chipboard. Now it's sitting in my room impatiently waiting for me to get off my butt and craft.
Say, who is that handsome gentleman?

I see you're a man of Intrigue as well.
