I can't stop looking at that tricked out flint lock.

I retired after 28 years as an LEO. Two things had a tendency to walk away under their own power: handcuffs and mags. All my cuffs were engraved and all mags marked. Still do so. I rotate mine every month.

We were lucky. I just always used our agency issued cuffs. I let them walk and swapped with whoever I TOT with. I’d pick up another pair from my depot.

I label all my rifle mags with a number stencil and spray paint. Looks badass and gives me an idea which magazine craps the bed so I can destroy it. Also provides a way to keep track of how many mags of a certain type I own. And. There. Are. Many. 😬

You have been doing a great job making these vids. Though these subjects are basic, very good for the newer to the shooting game. Actually some shooters may not have known these simple tasks. Be safe and keep them coming.

Sharpies don't seem to last very long on stainless magazines. I also have some black-coated metal mags where the silver sharpie has worn off sooner than I expected. I'm wary of using paint or tape on the sides of pistol mags that are fully enclosed in the handgrip; my concern is the paint and tape is likely to gum up the internals.

You need a box of Orlite Mags. No one but us old guys have those anymore.

That’s good to know. I didn’t think about metal vs polymer. Will have to get both permanent marker and paint pen

Just stumbled across this channel/presentation. I label my mags, but was searching if anyone had a different method than mine. Then I hear, "...1500 round minimum...." and see the swashbuckler in the background.
    Feel bad for the intern.

Would love to have an update on the MFT Extreme Duty AR-15 mags. I have plenty of them and seem to be as good as Magpul.. don't see any other CZcams videos of them.
