Love this review! Great job! Personally use UltraPro as much as I can for these types of reasons!
Agreed!!@
Good looking out Ted! and congrats on 1k!!🎉
Thank you!
Congrats on 1K subscribers!
Thanks WamperSnapper! 😊
I tend to buy cheep on Amazon, Can also get them free with Whatnot purchases. Ultra pro is the hold standard for sleeves and sheets!
Already stocked up big in spring otherwise i would be all over the links.
Thanks Doug!
I haven’t used top loaders in years, only Card Sharkz card savers, but I wish you had cracked one of the top loaders open to get a better idea of what that stuff was in the off brand.
I like that idea!!! I'll do that and get it on video.
i buy em by the case from bcw ! Great toploaders, penny sleeves, and card savers!
I love BCW I have a video demonstrating the BCW 3200 card bin it's amazing
Great video!
I am thinking on double sleeving my Pokemon cards and putting them in a toploader. Should I use Premium or Regular Ultra Pro toploader?
I hadn't put enough thought into comparing premium to regular to give you a good answer. But I suspect that you can't go wrong with either ultra pro toploader
I appreciate this, Ted!
Glad you got value from this!
great info!
Thanks Juan!
Ted thanks for sharing been using Ultra pro for a very long long time. Subscribed See you in Long Beach 🌊
I'm going to Kansas City, I won't make it to long Beach unfortunately. Will you be there at Kansas City?
@@TedsBasementPodcast Long Beach yes I will.
BCW also do top loaders, I haven't had much issues with them
I bet BWC is good too, they have a good reputation. This video is more about staying away from the discount sub-par products
Thanks Ted
YW Sean!
How about ultra pro vs card saver semi rigids?
I could do that but the semi Rigid is like a totally different product. It might be like comparing apples to oranges
Honestly Ive noticed all top loaders are dust magnets . They have this static electricity and takes all of 20 seconds for dust to be all over these things.
I've noticed something similar so I keep mine in top loader box
@@TedsBasementPodcast you mean the box it comes with? Or a different one?

@@TedsBasementPodcast Thanks ! I'll look into it 👍
Good analysis
Thanks! Gota look out for our cardboard!
Thanks man
Yw hope it helps!
I been using ultra pro top loaders for over 30 years. It's my gold standard for top loaders. They also don't turn yellow over time.
They are the best toploader that I've found. Totally agree. Thanks for commenting!!! Happy holidays to you ☺️
@@TedsBasementPodcast but they’re sooo bad! Chipped, poor cutting, lots of burrs on the outer edge, many are not even cut square, so your perfectly cut card looks wonky inside, and they’re often curved, but you can’t tell at all from the packaging. On top of all that, you can’t return them once opened. I also have to blow them out with compressed air to get little shards of plastic out of them. And these are the “premium” version! 🤢
@Randy Plett are you taking about the Ultra-Pro toploader or the other brand? Because I've never seen those indicators on an Ultra-Pro toploader.
@@TedsBasementPodcast Ultra Pro. The premium version costs 2x more, and about half of the 25 count packs I buy don't have serious flaws. I won't even touch the non-premium lol. Apparently the premium is also more UV resistant.
@randyplett6247 by premium version, I assume you mean Ultra-Pro?
The topics that need talking
definitely..
I have gone on 20 minute rants about why I hate UltraPro and yet I still buy them 😑
Lol. I'm this case they make a better toploader than this discount brand. I other cases like binders I'll go with vault X.
