Awesome video! Just bought a plant from Lowe’s. I’m totally collecting the seeds for next year. Thanks for detailed info. 😊

Thank you for your video. I only have 1 dill plant this year. I want to preserve as much as I can for future use.

I'm a modern day Dennis the Menace. Instead of taking off the side branches I let all of those go to seed as well as producing tons of seeds that will be collected and saved but a ton of them will go into a bird feeder that I'm gonna borrow so that I can Dillify my neighborhood so everyone can experience the Dill Weed. Gonna show these dick head neighbors with love and a very custom seed mixture. Watermelon seeds from 4th of July? Perfect that's enough for the whole fence line. Lemon grass went to seed? Mixture. Coriander? Mixture. Collard greens seeds? Mixture. Chili pepper seeds? Mixture. The only seeds I won't use are my precious rose bush that's finally seeding, that's exclusively for people who are invited to the BBQ.

Such a beautiful garden, love the zinnias, as they are one of my favorite flowers to plant. You have good advice, and obviously have been doing this for quite some time. Thank you for such detailed information on how to dry, and process the deal as well as the deal seeds for next season.

Hi, Thank´s for your instructions! What you show and how you present it is very good, maybe you could speed it up a bit by not repeating it. - We can rewind the video...

I put my dill seed heads in a paper bag for awhile then rubbed the seeds off. That made a lot of chaff. I do not recommend it unless you are either OCD or gluten for punishment. LOL Your paper plate system seems much wiser. Thank you. I'll do it on a paper plate on my other dill that is starting to flower now. I got about 3/4 full old pill bottle full of dill seeds from one plant. And it's not done yet. Same thing with basil. Goodness, I'm amazed about how many seeds you get.

What part of Tennessee are you living in? I'm in north/middle - zone 6b/7a. This is my first year for growing dill, so I have a lot to learn about it - growing, harvesting, storing etc. I'm going to check at Walmart for that herb grinder.
