Just struck a deal for a 06 Sequoia grey with 179k miles. brand new paint and interior is pristine. No rust for 5k talked him down 1200 because of the timing belt wasn’t done yet. Complete steal
I’m in the used car business and traded in my 2018 Tacoma TRD OFf Road with 34k in for a 1 owner 2006 Limited Sequoia with 179k that runs great. Got lots of little stuff but with the market I only lost $2200 on my Tacoma in 2 years and got mine at $6k which I’m totally pumped about. Gonna drop some money in it and drive it until wheels fall off
Nothing like a land cruiser the land cruiser has a solid front axle the sequoia does not that's why the land cruiser will always out do a sequoia off road any day of the week

You can tell your used car salesman.... You said they get great gas mileage 14 miles per gallon is great in your book is your everyday driver a motorhome

75th Teaster , Anything before 2008 was a timing belt. I had a 2006 and currently have a 2007 and a 2017. 06 had a timing belt. My 07 had a timing belt but my 17 has a timing chain.
Toyota engines ending with “Z” are all timing belts. This sequoia has a 2UZ which is the 4.7 V8. The newer Toyota engines end with “R” such as the new Sequoia with a 3UR (5.7 V8)
3 years later. I want this truck 🥹

Boss!!
Doesn’t the 06 have a chain and not a belt thought?

Yeah that is in great shape. Someone got lucky!
2007 was the last year of the first generation sequoia.
Very nice I’m sure you kept it and now you’re ready to sell it to me ❤😂
Amen brother!
It's a very great suv basically like a land cruiser. It think it's better looking than the new current model
It really does look better than the current model. The current one is heavier than this one and gets worse gas mileage than this one
Yeah my parents had both body styles they liked the 1st gen more

They should've put the timing belt sticker somewhere less noticeable. Boy is that a clean truck
I have the same one but mines has toyota navigation and the plug in the resr..great vehicle
