Gomme Vermouth is good! I really like it in a negroni! This is a really fun hack!
    40 gr Gomme arabic powder
    80 gr Sweet vermouth
    Stir to mix
Close and let rest at room temp over night
Then, add 450 gr more of sweet vermouth
    Stir to mix
    Bottle up and enjoy!
    Cheers!

Nice double stir skills! Thanks for the shout out! Glad to hear you think it’s a step forward the right direction. Cheers my friend.
P.S. more subs yes but that’s the only true statement 😉

Double stirring is much better than the magic snap method. Need to hear the clink to make it a proper drink!

Ya thicker vermouth adds so much to the mouthfell. When i locally found craft vermouth it was so much better then the big brands that I can enjoy at a bar the big brands but not at home! Great trick!

I'm here for the nonsense. And not sure about the handsome comment. You look dashing with that lovely fishermans rib sweater.

I know you love sweaters. I am thinking about learning to knit. just for a new hobby.

Sir, where is that Ango bitter topper from? I hate the stock one as it shoots all over while flipping into the glass!
