Even with peds 100kg+ bench at 13 is insane. Kinda sad that using peds this early and getting caught likely ruined her potential as a natty.

@@GUNTHER1 Right that makes perfect sense why she is sitting there benching 205lb years later, right because disqualified for diuretic means she also never used PEDs... Why don't you explain how someone at 13 years old starts to lose strength later on... There are countless PEDs you can use and still pass tests, she was on something that's why she's weaker when she should be getting close to the peak now. She should be getting stronger and stronger for years to come, but of course as soon as the gear is gone so is her special talent of near zero ROM bench lol.

I get your point and agree with the basic premise, but she is a small 13yo girl. To even hold 2 plates, let alone TnG press it, has to be a world record or damn close. So it wasn't like she was aiming low. She definitely proved she was one of the strongest sub junior female benchers ever. Though agreed, it isn't worth it in my opinion to disrupt you endocrine system permanently for something like this.
Btw, since I can't find her bodyweight I'll just list some relevant sub junior IPF bench records for comparison:
Weight Class: Name: Bench Press World Record:
      -43kg Lieonienko Kristina 65.5kg
      -47kg Udaltsova Alina 80.0kg
      -52kg Tsiode Febrose 110.5kg
      -57kg Sarycheva Alina 102.5kg
      -63kg Coan Drusilla 98.0kg
      -69kg Pontoni Eleonora 95.5kg
      -76kg Torronen Susanna 112.0kg
      ??? Mariana Naumova ~109.1kg ~ 240lbs
So she is definitely in the mix, but depending on her BW she may actually be right there in the thick of it. Though she needs to clean up her pause, and get an actual press command to be considered an unofficial record in my book.

Regardless of gender, I disagree with bench pressers, competitive or not, who treat the exercise like a sport where you’re finding every strategy to win. Arm length and natural chest thicknesses are understandable differences that can’t be changed but neither can the arbitrary distance the bar travels then, either. So in cases like these you’re seeing a wider grip and ridiculously arched back to decrease the bar travel distance. It honestly looked like a 1/4 rep and it definitely isn’t just her doing it.

On PR day, my numbers worked up to 210 flat bench; at 17 yrs old. What stands out was the heavier lifters bringing the bar down to their hips to throw the weight up. 1 guy broke the 300 mark. I have known so many kids that were given hard drugs, addictive drugs by parents, grandparents and those in the medical field. I had a foster sister who used to get seizures from LSD withdrawals. I have met kids who later died from the drugs parents or grandparents gave them. I have dealt with addiction and withdrawal issues from pain management drugs and anti seizure meds I should have never been on in the first place because it made them sad to see me suffering. I had other kids steal my drugs to get high because they would just give me the whole bottle. I'm glad they are finally starting to not medicate foster children as much.

There is small thing here that author of the video fails to mention. Home town of this girl in Dombas, was constantly bombarded from 2014th by Ukrainian forces, they have group monuments to killed Dombas children in the center of the town. Arnold Schwarzenegger promised to her, in person when she won the contest, to point out this horros publicly and failed to do so, even after many letters and videos from her reminding him of the promise. She probably had no terms or opportunity to train properly.

She's being supporting people in Donbass for years. But powerlifting still part of her routine. She's going to be very important in the new russian territories.
