Delicious beef roll, according to a family recipe

Beef roll, stuffed with bacon, sausage, egg and cucumber. A roll based on my mother's recipe. I learned this recipe from her. It takes approximately 2 hours to prepare and I cooked 5 servings.
Ingredients:
beef hind 0,6 kg
2 eggs
2 pcs of onions
bacon 50 g
English bacon
beef broth 3/4 l
plain flour 3 tablespoons
full-fat mustard
sausage
cucumber
pepper
bay leaf
salt
lard approx. 40 g
