It's a bond issued by bank and record are kept in branches. There is no corruption in donating white money to any party. Before bond system there was noway for anyone to know who is donating to whom and how much. Now we all made to think that, bond is corruption and dealing in hard cash is not. We all victims of false propaganda. BJP rule 17 states and center , TMC, and BJD, DMK rule one each state, and Congress rule 3 states, all businessman will give big donation to uling polictical parties and small portion to opposition for insurance. So BJP with 17 state and center will definitely get big amount but that is from different business across country. That's not the case with TMC, DMK, BJD or Congress, one or two businessmen contributed to them and that's when deals will get exposed. Am pretty sure Congress unknowingly fell into a big trap.

SBI sent the wrong guy for the job. Mr Salve had criticized the collegium system just a few days ago and you can clearly see the nervousness in his talk.
SBI's preparation was utterly terrible without any mentioning of what they already did to aid the previous judgement. On the other hand 26 days is a reasonable duration to file a plea in a case with thousands of encrypted records and complexities, as long as you can explain it with relevant data points.
Basically all we is a poorly executed plea which the bank thought will work just by presenting a highly paid lawyer alone, which failed miserably.

Presenting lies as truth in SC is not easy task for a lawyer like Salve. SBI has not even explained the process steps for matching the two to sets of data. SC could have screwed SBI on this. SBI seems to have done nothing in 26 days except waiting for orders from Mo D as usually is the situation in all ministries i.e. nothing happens without orders from Mo D.

On a lazy morning in Bangalore, I see the situation as follows:
Political parties have been accepting donations, mostly in cash since decades. Since the Bond scheme, donations have been through the bank. All (especially National level) political parties have received such donations…. Some more, some less, some MUCH more. It is documented and can be seen as soon as the key is found in the dog poo.
The honorable SC can fault the procedure and no more.
The problem for the political parties can arise on two counts
    1. If any book keeping procedure (I think, for obvious reasons, no such procedures have been laid down) have been violated by political parties.
    2. If any quid quo pro can be established for any donation…. Which can obviously be only with ruling parties (Centre or State)
What is got is for keeps and procedure for the future has to be laid down following SC guidance.
    I may be wrong…
