Lisa H ur welcome hun.... I've lost 1st 5.5lb since Xmas but with old history 3st 8lb loss. want another 13lb off then I'll be happy taking my bk to 4st 7lb. I go to the gym 3 times a wk to pt and one class as well. I also bike everywhere as I don't drive hun xx
I'm still getting used to which weights I should be doing. I go on the treadmill and rowing machine too. I've been going for more walks and I'm really enjoying getting out and about ☺ Have a great week and thanks again for the video. I will let you know how I go making it! xx
