For the rum soaked fruit mix:
100g (3.5oz) dried cranberries
100g (3.5oz) dried cherries

40g (1.4oz) rum or any aromatic liquor, you can replace it with orange or apple juice
Mix together and let the fruit to absorb the liquor
For the coating:
200g (7oz) melted and cooled butter
200g (7oz) icing sugar
For Christmas stollen spice mix:
2 + 1/2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons of ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon of ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander
1 + 1/2 teaspoons of ground green cardamom
1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon of ground star anise
1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
